Nothing more Georgian than letting off fireworks at home, doesn’t even need to an occasion 😂 -

We didn’t unfortunately, we spent a fair bit of time in old town, but lived in Vake so did most of our drinking around there 😂 Shame we left in November before it got too cold, I heard a lot of people say how beautiful it is around Christmas. Glad to hear you got the car safely! -

Such a cool thread and great to see this update, congrats on the car. I spent much of 2021 (while our country lost the plot with lockdowns) living in Tbilisi and I thought of and re-read this. Georgia is my favourite country, I love almost everything about it, I can't wait to get back. -

I had these on my R32 GTR about ten years ago. I didn't have the heart to chuck them. They would need a rebuild, the actuators might be useful to someone? Back when I built my car they were anyway. Best offers over $5? Pick up only, Kingston ACT.

I have a couple of 2530s from my R32 from over ten years ago. I'm sure they need a rebuild and have no idea if they're worth anything but didn't have the heart to throw them out. I know the actuators used to be worth a bit on their own, best offer over a coffee? Anyone want them? Located in Kingston.

Is it worth to buy a r35 gtr?
GT-R32 replied to thebluecheeseman's topic in VR Series - R35 GTR, Juke-R
Depends what you want in a car. I'd not go back to an earlier GTR after having a R35 for 5 years, it's a generation ahead and feels it but is falling behind its competition a bit now, instead competing with the latest German sedans rather than supercars in terms of straight line speed. -

R35 Ivory Pearl White Colour Code?

Yep, there's about 110 Australian R35 owners in the Facebook group. So not much happens on here unfortunately. -

Some of those comments are pure assumption. GTR-wise, I went from a R32 to a R35 while working in the same job living in the same house. Plenty of people the same. It's nothing to do with class. A tonne of people here dump way more in their older RB model GTRs modifying than them than people spend on R35s. It's still a car, one the can be easily worked on. Sure, like any relatively or new cars people use dealers to service their car. Plus it's new so not a lot goes wrong so you're not going to see a thread on why the heater isn't working because of some connection somewhere. But there's quite a lot of DIY in the FB forum, hell even yesterday there was a thread on how 'stealerships' are calling owners offering cheaper deals for people who no longer use them to service their car! The sad part is that the fact all this information is only available to existing owners, rather than potentially owners, makes it harder for enthusiasts looking at buying a R35. -

I'm just sharing my experience and addressing some common misconceptions. Are you always this annoying? -

I'm sure everyone on here has a FB account. It's merely reflective of the wider community now. Only owners are allowed in the group, so it keeps out haters, spammers, and general fat etc. I do all the services on my car myself. It's a cheap car to own, there's tonnes of parts and tonnes on info on DIY. Even the gearboxes aren't that expensive to fix when you factor in the fact nothing else breaks on these things (not that mine or many others have broken yet). -

The R35 group on FB is incredibly active and there are a lot of members, who all own/tune/race R35s. This forum is an effective double up, so I can't see this offer being taken.
