  5. Hey guys I am selling my car unfortunately due to the fact that I am looking to purchase my first home. The car has just been serviced see below for details. Mint 1996 Series 2 White R33 manual Turbo, I am after $20500 ono, price is negtiable Modifications I have receipts for most items below APEXI AVCR Boost Controller X Force turbo back exhaust Blitz Front mount direct upgrade Buddy Club P1 racing rims 17" GTR Fuel pump KKR 430 Turbo and dump pipe Turbo timer in built to the alarm system Alarm and immobiliser JVC MP3 and pioneer speakers front and rear, 12" sub and amp Apexi front strut brace Other I have the original exhaust, turbo and boost solenoid if interested. I am the first and only Australian owner. The car was complianced and purchased by me more or less straight after. Inspection welcome ( I have the original RAA report) The car has recently (in the last 3 weeks) had a full serivce where all the fluids, front and rear brake pads, spark plugs and the clutch were replaced. New clutch is a Extreme Heavy duty, sparkies are irridium and fluids used were motul and pads are ferrodo formulas. I have put new rear tyres on and the fronts are less than 3 months old, services have been done every 5000k without fail. The car is in absolute mint condition A1 inside and out.   6. As ther title says I am after the standard pouch that fits around the shifter for a manual 96 R33 Adelaide prefferred but am willing to pay postage if from interstate. Must be in good condition.   7. I was defected after an apparant "report I was speeding" ON MY DRIVEWAY!!! It goes without saying that you can be defected anywhere anytime. What I have done since to avoid being defected again is: 1- Try to avoid driving at night where possible (If its just a cop car on the road and a skyline they WILL pull you over, I got pulled pulled over in the city 3 times in 1 night for no reason) 2- Don't drive in the city at night defect stations on rundle street and hindley street very common 3- If driving to the bay go down Sir Donald Bradmon drive or another route they will be setting up defect stations on greenhill road and anzac highway this summer Best mechanism for avoiding a defect is tro do whatever you can at all costs to avoid them. They don't have anything better to do and instad of busting real criminals they go for easy revenue, low paper work jobs like defecting imports. You know its a real joke when you have to worry about where and when to drive your import, fu#$en pathetic really. My 2 cents

  9. Hi guys how is everyone? It has been a while since I have been on here but seeing as I just got my license back and got back from a 12 day holiday in the Queensland Islands after finishing Uni (awsome place). Theres a few little things I wanna do to the car. I upgraded my turbo a while back and in the process the guys couldn't fit the standard heat shield over the new turbo. I am just wondering if anyone knows where I can get the standard one remoulded or where I could get a new one from. I have been told ASE but does anyone know of any others. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
  10. Hey Guys I put in a new battery today. Just wanna say thanks to everyone for the advice. No fuses blew, my indicators, hazards, wipers air-con, cd player, APEXI AVCR and alarm are all in tact and everything is sweet. Im gonna get my dad to take it for a drive seeing as I have no license.....
  11. Hi Guys my car has been off the road for approximately 4 months now due to no licence. The battery has sh#t itself because I didn't disconnect it and it was drained by my alarm. In an attempt to get it started to get the fluids circulating I charged the battery with a charger and the next day tried again to no sucess. I have also tried jump starting it a couple of times and have done so once or twice before the car was off the road. I have accepted that when I get it back on the road im just gonna change all my fluids, oil and get a new battery while im there. My question is have I done any damage to my car by jump starting?.. it ie will my ecu map be affected. Its a 96 S 2 33 Also is there anything I should expect seeing as its been off the road for so long?...   12. Yeah I had this happen to me. Then 2 cop cars came to my house and defected me. Makes me wanna (but I wont) file a fake report against a cop and see what happens, I mean hey they seem to believe anyone who calls them especially if the person they are reporting is male young and drives a fast car, how about the f@#ken burden of proof.......

  14. Hi guys I know this topic has been done to death and I have tried a comprehensive search but failed to find what I was after. What Im needing to know to is: 1 Can the standard front rotors on a 33 GTST S2 be put on the rear(In the event that I get DBA 4000 Slotted Front Rotors) 2 Is Motul dot 6 appropiate with standard brake lines or is it too acidic or whatever the term is and how many bottles are needed for a complete flush 3 What pads to people use on Front and Rear and why (Cost isn't an issue coz I wanna be able to stop and I don't go on the track but I do alot of hills driving) 4 How often should brake fluid be flushed My car has 200rwkw I am in SA so If anyone can tell me where they get their pads and how much they paid that would be awsome Thanks
