cruised home from work (bentleigh to around mordi) tonight with a nice white R34 GTT. not sure if he's a member on here, no custom plates from memory
  2. i would get an amp on to those KS600s as they are about 65RMS and your headunit only puts out about 12rms lol. waayyy underpowered. a perfect amp for those would be a kicker ZX350.4 which is 4 x 60rms and is perfect to run the KS series speakers. have u already got the 600s? as i would get the KS602's which are the same but in a split and go the KS600s for the rear as they are a 2-way.
  3. I did the same. Used a kit and turned out really well.. Before: After:
  4. you can. anything is possible. just takes time, money and effort.
  5. Hey all. Got a V35 in at work couple of weeks back. As you may know they are just one whole unit.. so I thought i may as well post up few pics showing the final result. We did have to get a facia / dash kit in that replaces the whole dash around the head unit and air vents to allow for a double din. Then just like every other Nissan it needed an antenna double diversity plug. Stock head unit Sony double din DVD player Bit of mucking around involved but got it done in the end. Came up alright. .
  6. thats called a custom door pod mate, which allows the spkr to be mounted so that you can see the grille. and yes KS600's will fit perfect front and rear being 6" holes
  7. depends how much u want to spend and what u want out of it? if you simply just want to lower ride height you can get away with a set of lowered king springs to suit your 33. if your after a smoother ride and lower height i'd go a good set of new coilovers, that way you can adjust up and down etc. if you were to just do springs i would def think about putting some new shocks in as 15yr old shocks would be knackered by now.
  8. i had the same problem (miss-firing bout 4500rpm) - set of splitfire coil packs and splitfire plugs gapped to .8 fixed it right up :D
  9. such a nice, clean, strong build!! top effort guys!
  10. awesome. so any decent exhaust shop should be able to chop a little bit off and weld a new flange on to it?
