the offense code is 3659

Posted 05 July 2003 - 08:40 PM

That's Burnout.. 3 points.

Posted 05 July 2003 - 10:42 PM

but on ticket its "street racing"...

hrmm i could take it to court and say how is the fine reliable, if the policeman doesnt know his offense codes correctly.

Posted 05 July 2003 - 11:57 PM

oh, what about driving manual car with auto liscence? and no p plates...???

Posted 06 July 2003 - 12:00 AM

and for the record i didnt mean to do a burnout.. i wanted as much traction as possible.. you dont win races spinning wheels.

Posted 06 July 2003 - 12:05 AM

Hmmm, don't know why the ticket says street racing. But I don't think it would make a difference at court.

Fail to comply with licence conditions - 2 points.
No P plates - 2 points.

You could always go to court and say the reason you did the burnout is cos you don't know how to drive a manual..lol.

i cant really care, ill just whinge and plan my suspension so that i can spend 3 months without a liscence when i want to haha..
