Fuel Setup For 350Rwkw R33 Rb25

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I'm currently making 307rwkw with the following fuel setup ( custom fuel rail, 875cc injectors, adjustable fuel reg and a 044 pump ) an of corse the supporting mods to make that power. My question is I'll be doing some more work on it very soon and aim for 350rwkw is my current fuel setup enough for that power or should I be looking at doin a surge tank and another pump?

Cheers

What car and fuel? On 98 it should be fine, on E85 those injectors might be a bit on the small side. You might also run into problems with your fuel lines, I've seen a few cars hit a wall in power at ~320rwkw with the standard fuel lines a restriction. Others have gone over 400. The pump will be pretty close to it's limit, but should still be ok.

360 kw on E85 here..... O44 is maxed on its safe limit, injectors and rail are ok (1000cc)...... Standard fuel line needed to be replaced in mine BUT pretty sure 33 won't need to be :)

Well Matt has always been a nicer guy than me! :P

Price for converting to E85 is pretty subjective mate, there's so many ways to do it. I've seen quotes from as low as $1500 all the way to $5000+. The way I believe to be the best and the way I would do it is also the way Matt has done it. Not cheap though.

  • 1 year later...

I've hit a brick wall in my r34 neo making fuel out at 380rwkw by 6800 only thing I have changed is fines and rail. Tuner believes a restriction somewhere as I'm not the first 34 to hit this wall arghhhh
