How do I fit r34 Gtr coils into Gtr?

I've managed to plug them in, but what next? Is there something I have to do with the igniter?

I searched, but couldn't find anything..

I'm going to say no and thats what your problem is, especially because you're asking what to do with the igniter module.

So, you can't run R34 GTR coilpacks as is.

Why try and make a square fit into a round hole? Fit the correct part and the issue will magically go away!

33GTR are external ignitor, 34GTR are integrated ignitor. So you'll want to bypass the external ignitor, and run the signal directly to the coilpacks. Unless you've got plenty of free time, follow Piggaz advice and just get the right ones.
