Rb25de Neo Forward Facing Plenum

Hey guys i have searched but cant find an answer. I have an RB25de NEO that i am going to turbocharge. I would like to run an aftermarket forward facing plenum. Issue is, after pulling the intake manifold off the neo motor i have realised that the intake ports on the head are smaller than those on the FFP. Has anyone solved this problem? My options are to, A) Bolt on the FFP and not worry about the difference in port sizes?? B) mod the standard plenum C) I have no idea. Any help appreicated. Please no comments about how good the stock inlet manifold is. I need solutions haha.

Be aware that the DE cam has 6.9mm lift while the DET has 8.7mm

what do you mean by that KiwiRS4T? I am aware of what cam lift is but what difference does it make with DE?

I assume that with less lift the DE cam will not flow as well as the DET cam.... which will reduce the benefit of turbo charging. I don't know if you can just drop a DET cam in your head or not.

cheers man, i got the engine very cheap, its going into a track car. going to turbo it and see how long it lasts!
