Need Help From A Rb Guru

hello all, I recently got my hands on a 93 R32 GTST and wanted to fix some issues bugging me

The car is tidy with no major faults but need help detecting some issues before I take it to a workshop.

The issue is in the ignition.

The car starts up fine when cold, but when she gets warm after driving around, starting her back up is noticebly harder like 5 seconds plus.

Some members of the forum suggested it may be the cas but not too sure and want some help to see if it really could be the case.

I'm located in christchurch and wanted to meet some people to talk car stuff locally.
