Performance Valve Springs

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone.

Looking at fitting performance valve springs in my 25 30 neo.

Just wanted to know what everyone thinks of them any experience that anyone has had with them.

Can't seem to find much info of them on the net.

Check the seat pressures VERY carefully. A lot of the Jap branded springs are pretty light. The BC (Brian Crower) have good pressures and well priced. I'm sure there're others that are good too.

Don't understand why people keep saying Brian Crower he does not even do a part for the RB25 Neo.

Only has RB 26 listed on his web page.

Supertech don't list them for a neo either.

I also have a set for my 33, using camtech 264/9mm and 268/9mm cams, Using PVS springs and retainers, new OEM lifters, HKS cam gear and timing belt, retaining VCT.

I also have installed them yet, so I cant comment on them in a RB25, But I had a set in my HQ ute with blown/injected 304, and never had an issue. Why I used them again.

They will be absolutely fine for what you need, they're designed for 10mm lift.

Allan's a good guy to deal with as well, give him a call or drop him an email and he'll answer any questions you have.
