any interest in a factory manual S2 RS Four S? cheers
-
did it still boost normally, but just not show on the boost gauge? or do you think it wasn't boosting as normal? sounds like exactly the issue i had, and only found recently, lol
-
UPDATE i may have solved the problem, after just ignoring it the last few years, lol is the attached pic the boost gauge sensor? i found the hose had split at the end where it was connected to the sensor so i cut the tip of the hose off, and reconnected it before this, the boost gauge would read ~ 0 whether you were idling or giving it stick now, it is reading almost -7 @ idle, and between half and +7 on boost that seems better, right??? i also changed oil, oil filter, fuel filter, O2 sensor and air filter at the same time seems to be running good now. could that leaky hose have caused the problems described above (i.e. no boost)? or was the car still boosting, and the gauge just not showing the right boost? cheers all

99 RS Four S genuinely wound back 96,xxx kms i'd guess it'd actually be around 150k or there abouts

-
i thought my fuel consumption was high at ~ 13-14L/100km for a stock RS Four S turbo i've been meaning to change O2 sensor but haven't got around to it yet . . .
-
i've been running the stock xenons (weren't removed at compliance) for 4.5 years now never had any issues with the po po even through RBT's at night no other external visual mods though

too cheap! somebody buy this good luck with the sale man cheers -
stock C34 are a 16" open spoke design RS4S are a 17" solid 6 spoke design (and are much better!)
-
anyone know if the internal back seat dimensions are the same as a C34? i can fit 3 car seats across the back of my C34, and this would be a deal breaker for me still semi tempted, but my idea of a lowball offer might offend PS - i already own a Caldina too
-
might also be the switch itself, even then that's a cheap and simple fix

+1 for Amayama, have ordered a couple of times with no issues
