Here's an article from last Sundays Age. http://theage.com.au/articles/2004/09/05/1...4322623513.html This particular officer is Frankston's version of Officer Pettiet. I have received a few "random inspections" and bulls**t defects from this officer. I don't condone what was done, especially in front of his wife and child, but it just goes to show that the saying "nice things happen to nice people" works the other way as well.
