  1. ATTN: Sunshine Coast people Hi all, just doing a quick follow up on my car that was stolen a couple of years back. Turns out that my number plates have been found on a Falcon that was driving around Kawana Waters, the cops recognised it as a stolen vehicles plate and notified me. Here is a link to the old thread with all the details and pictures http://www.boostcruising.com/local/2447796-R32-Gtst-Stolen-From-Calamvale-4116-Last-Night-Reg-051lnx.html The kid that was driving the falcon was a 17 year old repeat offender, they wouldn't give me any other information due to privacy laws. So in short, if you are from the Sunshine Coast area and see my car around or one similar (pearl black metallic/gtr front bar/chrome drift teks/paint fade on roof.) Please do get in contact with me. Cheers, Lewis
  2. Got some more specific information. The car the kid was driving was a 2011 Ford Falcon and he is a resident of BROWNS PLAINS. He claims that he bought the car and when he bought it, it had my plates on it.
  3. For anyone local to the sunshine coast area. I have just been advised by the police that a 16 year old from Logan was pulled up driving a car with the plates from my stolen car, 051 LNX. As per this thread from last year: http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/442047-r32-gts-t-stolen-from-calamvale-last-night-051lnx/ He was pulled over in KAWANA WATERS. Officer advised that kid who was driving was a Logan native and had a long criminal history of burglary and car theft but hasn't been done for anything on account of being a minor. The car he was in wasn't mine but the plates were so evidently he or someone he knows has attached my plates to that car and by extension would know what happened to my car. More than likely he stole my car himself. This pullover happened in October 2014. So if anyone has seen a black R32 GTS-t like mine in that area please get in touch with me. Large reward offered to specific information leading to a resolution. Car would be identifiable by the polished/chrome face drift teks (special order from NZ, rare in australia) gtr front bar, blitz return flow intercooler, xforce varex cannon and substantial paint fade on roof. Also has a noticeable 30cm long scratch on the left hand passenger door.
  4. Hi all, now here is a tricky one for even the most die-hard Skyline enthusiast. Attached in a pic of my old car, and for the life of me I can't find any examples of the side skirts that were on the car. Something interesting to note that there is a blank rectangle shape near the rear end of the skirt which looks like it would have housed a badge or something similar but it never came with the car. This skirt is similar in design to the standard type M skirt but it is markedly different in that it has a long groove that runs along the skirt. In my opinion this is the best looking skirt ive seen for a 32 and I'd love to know if anyone knows what it is so I can get another one. My car also came with stock Type-M rear pods and what appears to be a factory fitted GTR style front bar, the reason I say its factory fitted with because the rivets that attached it appeared original and it came with identical mesh grill to the GTR's bar. Although the front lip was not the different coloured black plastic ala GTR, it was all one piece. I'd like to know if Nissan/Nismo offered this kit as an option (front bar and skirts combined) or if it's from a third party.

  7. Hi all, wasn't able to find my original rego paperwork yet to get the VIN, but when I find it I'll punch it in here.
  8. Just a quick update, got word from a guy who lives nearby that the car likely boosted past his house on Gowan Rd heading north and then possibly turned onto Compton Rd heading towards Logan.
  9. ah thats awesome thanks alot dude, more visibility is always good.
  10. Hey all, long time lurker, first time poster. Unfortunately my pride and joy Skyline was stolen from my home at Calamvale last night. It is a black 1993 R32 GTS-t. (registration 051LNX) Some unique identifying features of the vehicle are polished Drift Teks (mirror finish unlike the flat silver you usually see) GTR front bar, side skirts, loud exhaust and a heavily faded roof. The car also has a somewhat uncommon Blitz return flow intercooler with custom piping, a blitz stainless steel air filter and a Momo steering wheel. I am absolutely devastated as you can imagine, they broke open the electric gate at the front of the house, busted open the car and hotwired it so they seemed to know what they were doing. The car had very little fuel left in it so we've touched base with alot of the servos in the area and they claim to have not had it come through so I'm guessing it couldn't have got too far. I've filed all the relevant reports etc with the police and it would appear that when they left they were going in the general direction of Logan. If you see the car or any of the parts for sale please contact me on [email protected]. If you wish to remain anonymous please contact [email protected] quoting the registration. Picture of the car and wheels are attached, I think the wheels might be the biggest giveaway because they're exceedingly rare in that finish (limited run produced in NZ) Thanks so much for your attention and I hope we can find it
