what kind engine oil is best suited for a rb25de N/A engine??

I have a rb25de N/A which needs a new cat wanting to know what cat would be best stock or hi flow

is there a big difference between them??

looking for some advice on a exhaust for my r33 it's just stock exhaust with cannon doesn't sound to bad have heard worse. Is there anyway of giving it a good sound??

i have a rb25de n/a, as I'm going on to my full licence soon and would like to but a turbo in my gts-4 with it being awd would of I have many problems with a rebuild or would it be best to drop an rb26 in Advice??????
