Do all or just the majority of rwd turbo skylines come with HICAS from the factory? Looking to buy an r33 gtst or r34 GT-T coming from an s15. I don’t really want a car with HICAS for the unpredictability but also don’t want a car that has been messed with and done a dodgy attempt to remove it.

s chassis around 1200kg, skylines 1450kg was talking about drifting not daily driving Maybe i was wrong about the diff but only gtst i've driven had a welded diff because owner said it was open

Why? Silvias are a 200-300 kilos lighter, they aren't as long as skylines and they come with a better diff?
