  2. Apparently he was racing another car and went to go around one car and ended up the back end of the skyline

K so ive been told a story bout a skyline, by the sound of it an r32, the guy with the soarer plowed into the rear of the skyline forcing the boot into where the rear seats are, the owner of the soarer has managed to drive his smashed car from the scene, leaving the skyline upside the road, and pull into where the person i know was at the time, the owner of the soarer managed to get his car towed before the police turned up Not sure if the owner of the skyline got details off the soarer or the owner but i have seen the pics of the soarer and can make out the plates, if this was someone on here and youre seeking such info or you know of the owner of that skyline then please hit me pm and i can hand over plate details, if its all been sorted then all good but from what i was told he got out of there as quick as he could Hit and runs make me furious, if that had been my car, id be out for blood but thats just my opinion, not sure as to how long ago this happened but i assume sometime in the last 6 months

  6. pity its strictly nissan haha coulda brought the jzx100 out, ah well seems i got a nissan alternative up my sleave, r32 sedan, boost probs but keeps up where it can def count me in for this one
  7. hi all k now the problem im getting is, lets say im at 2500rpm, put foot flat to the floor, get to 10psi boost, car doesnt want to accelerate to its full potenial, feels like its pulling a caravan up until 5500rpm, after that it takes off an accelerates fine. During its moment between 2500-5500rpm, if you gradually come off the throttle, till boost backs off to say 5-8psi, itll pull harder than if you mashed the pedal full throttle, when its really cold outside the car may pop an cough a little while said load issue is occuring, its not a miss, maybe a break down in the ignitor Ive replaced afm, ecu, coilpacks and turbo(1st one shat itself), theres no boost leaks, wastegate is working fine, no boost controller connected, replaced fuel filter, replaced plugs. mods are fmic, bosch 040, 3" turbo back(no cat), bov which is working fine and a pod, also the ecu i swapped has a small tune on it, i noticed slightly better performance once swapped over but still not getting full power been scratchin my head for aaages over this, almost thinking about going thru and replacing cas, ignitor, knock sensors and tps any help would be great guys cheers nathan
  8. hey mate when it does its little spit, say youre on full throttle at about 3500-4500, does it feel like the cars pulling a caravan then once it gets up to say 5500 and beyond it clears up and makes full boost?

  12. amen to that bro i can relate, just bought a chaser too, 1j is miiiles ahead of the 25 from drivin my 25 ceffy that made roughly 260hp atw and this chaser could flog it down with ease, mind you it is a 99 vvti model, a fair wack more torque shifting thru gears at low rpm too and shit if the chaser weighed the same as a ceffy itd be even quicker again
  13. just sold my ceffy and ceffy wreck, wreck went for $1500 and running immac auto 20de ceffy sold with it for $6000, so yeah rowan ask for at least 6500-7500 aye mind you it was the previous owner that bought them both, he was more than happy to get back into it, i now turn my attention to my new chaser, do it rowan if you sell the ceffy buy a chaser, best decision ive made yet haha for comfort style and get up and go from factory
