  6. I have been in contact with Cometic and they said stock thickness is .051 but other than that no suggestions as to weather it will work. It's a lot of work to find out later that I'me sol. Ant help in this from someone who has experience with hd gasket thicknesses would be appreciated.
  7. I have a Cometic MLS head gasket. Specs are NIS RB-20E/DE/DET 2.0L 80MM .045". Is this a suitable gasket for my engine? Hi boost setting would be 1.2 bar Thanks

  9. I have a MD boost gauge mounted on the steering columb. During the day I can hardly read it because of the reflection. Anyone have this problem, what did you about it besides changing gauge styles? Thanks, Mark

  11. I have a blitz electric md boost gauge that I bought used. It has two buttons on the top probably for some setup options. The guy I bought it from never touched them and does not have any info on setup. I have tried searching but I guess not in the right places. Anyone here with this type of gauge and would share setup instructions? Thanks, Mark

  14. OK, this is for the guys wondering where the coolant drain plug is on a R32 gts-t. After you drain the coolant from the rad the stuff in the block has got to come out. The drain plug is just behind the turbo and below the rear turbo oil supply line. Use a six point socket so you don't round out the head of the plug. I removed the dump and front pipes to get a good hold of the it. I used pipe sealant on the threads to make sure there are no leaks. I know this is probably old news to most but when I searched I could not find info for the gts.
  15. Someone told me the drain is on the passenger side at the bottom. I'me going to flush this weekend so I will be able to verify and let anyone know .
