i just pulled the turbo off and found out that my wast gate has failed

i went to avo they said to me u cant hi flow it

i want to hi flow my one but i heard that it cant be done a mate caled avo 4 me if anyone help me out . i want to be able to run about 18 - 19n psi

just blown my stock turbo . i dunno whaT to do ? need help how much 4 a stock t28 ? and and if i choose t0 go bigger what should i get thanks guy & girls :flamed:
