  1. My cold oil pressure is probably 130-140 cold at idle and takes about 15-20 minutes to get down to 80 psi but as soon as to rev it its 100 again and i have troube with it pushing oil out Know i have drilled the head oil drains out to 9.5 -10mm from the 8 thay are as it ses to do to match the gasked i have got a 1mm restrictor in the block one blocked of a 1.2 vvt external oil feed the oil hole in the back of the head 20mm going in to the turbo drain line that is 20mm stock rb25 cam covers with -8 breathers in to a open catch can under the car i have a n1 spline drive oil pump from spool imports a asr race sump think its a 8.5 liters if this helps iam just over it thanks sorry for not putting full info

  3. Nop no oil cooler put it this way i can drive 55 ks before it comes down and when i want to race its no good if the oil pressure is 130-140 psi or will go around back to 0psi of the gauge
  4. I run 5/30 and iam sick of it so pulling an engine out is nothing to me

  6. Yer its a n1 oil pump with spool spline drive gears its just how long it takes to come down running 140 plus oil pressure iam not so keen on my tuner thinks it has the potential to blow the filter of and with that much oil pressure fills the head

I was going to get the tomie one but i wanted a spline drive gear set the it takes ages for the pressure to come down and only comes down to 85-90 takes over half an hour to come down i want to start racing it so with oil pressure at 130-140 +for the first half hour of driving its not an option any more
  8. Yer iam happy to take the engine out and sump of just didn't no what to do with the pump and the springs - shims
  9. So i have a 25/30 with n1 pump and iam wanting to drop the pressure of the pump to like 60psi on full revs some one told me that thort you can take a spring out of the pump dose any one know

  11. Ok so i have busted the gears and the housing of a rb25 pump on my rb25/30 so seen a few ways has any one used the spool import spline pump gears yet much and i have read the oil control thread but can't seem to find any think about the drilling out the returns in the block thanks

    looking for some r31 3.7 gears or a 3.89 I think that's the one what dosnt wine or even a 4.11 if any one can help be good iam not on yer much so if you can just send me a text on 044127590 in north but willing to travel it the price is ok iff I have to buy the full diff I will thanks codi
