take out the front drive shaft. a few bolts and your good to go

I would change the globes of the climate control. you will probably find that the gauge will start working. I've had it where my rear lights and dash lights were not working. replaced everything but nothing changed. Noticed that one of the globes on my gauge cluster was a little dimmer then the rest. replaced it and tah dah, all came good. very annoying.

Hey Chris, how much do you charge for install? Im looking at doing the same thing with my tax. Also i may be in need of actuator.

talking to a alarm company awhile ago getting a quote and they said if it didn't have factory key-less entry, for stags they usually have to install a lock actuator in the drivers side. bout a week ago was talking to a installer bout the same topic and he said that there should be one in there from factory but if it didn't have key-less entry it wont be hooked up to the rest. as Ive said this is just secondhand info not completely sure but worth a look. goodluck

Autech anyone? Its got the GTR guts but still the unique stagea look(and unfortunate weight/handling). But might be a nice compromise.

i had a dash lights and rear lights fuse constantly blowing. turns out it was a faulty gauge bulb. found out by in the short times when I also changed the fuse to a higher amp, the light was dull. Good luck. Im still having globe problems at the moment but hopefully fixed now.

im with you mate. considering there are only a hand full RS4S drivers and prob half of those have no idea, its hard to get solid info. the problem is alot of the info that is being posted is opinion. noone who has posted except lachlanw has experienced something like it. someone earlier suggested to meet up and compare, which is a good idea. its hard to communicate the symptom in text for a start let alone the cure. good luck mate. when you find out the winning combo share it round. always comes in handy for the rest of us. its late, ill take any flack you think i deserve.
