  1. I remember seeing this on the r32 gtr facebook group. Very impressive results. Interesting to see how much of a difference the intercooler made. That's probably one of the things holding back my setup currently as well.
  2. Performance wise, bigger is always better. More torque, easier power. But I was told by my engine builders that the 30 blocks are not as good for circuit work. Something to do with the harmonics I think? Anyone heard similar? Therefore I built a 2.6 and didn't go stroker mostly due to cost, as I wanted to keep it simple and reliable as possible on the track. Probably should have gone a 2.8, but I wouldn't have been able to help myself, and I would have gone bigger turbo, sequential etc etc
  3. I would be keen. Was meaning to go 2 weeks back but the weather was iffy
  4. Hey mate, what brake lines did you end up going with for the evo brembo and alpha omega adapters?
  5. @timmy_89 I'm about to put this kit and the rear WTAC kit on my car. Looking at going the attkd 2 piece rotors after reading what you have posted here. I wanted to ask where and how much the brake lines were to get made? Or is it easier to just pay the $270 for front and rear lines from Alpha omega?
  6. Going off topic here but you obviously track your gtr's unlike most owners. What brakes are going on this thing?
  7. Found some better pics I had. Would this vent and filter be big enough?
  8. I had to do the same, after frying it at the track. Luckily no damage to anything else.
  9. Hey guys, I'm getting oil come out of my catch can. Its a 2.6, which was just recently built, after spinning a bearing at the track with an inferior oil control setup (small hi octane catch can and overfilled sump lol). - 9l sump baffled, with trap doors - 1mm restrictor - Hi octane cam cover baffles - 5l baffled catch can setup (2x breathers from the head, sump drain, sump vent and a big filter vented to atmo) - Nitto head drain - Nitto oil pump - Nitto crank collar, with crack tested crank - Custom oil cooler setup Now the issue is, I'm getting oil coming out of the filter on the catch can. This even happens on regular drives with a pull here and there. I cant quite work out why, as the catch can is a decent size, is heavily baffled and it even has a drain. I don't like the fact oil is spilling out. Is there an issue with the breathing of the engine, or is it just a problem with where the filter is located?
  10. I have a gtx3576r on my rb26. Will eventually turn it up when I upgrade the fuel system
  11. Big price drop guys $250 Someone come take it Send me a pm if interested, as ill get an email notification.
  12. To my knowledge it came off a healthy engine. Sorry for the late reply, sent you a pm.
