  1. hey adamskill can your diet work on girls too?
  2. Hey pal well done on your weight loss, what an inspiration! That's amazing. How long did it take you? Would you consider adding pieces of fruit to your diet? perhaps some quinoa to your soup? edamame is also good, I know it was suggested before. What about putting some grilled mince inside big lettuce leaves as a snack? it's nice. Best of luck and well done, sounds sustainable and clearly works!
  3. Nice one Adzmax, great job and looking good! lol '@ risk of looking like la bomba' ha ha Can I ask a question. I have been reading the links cs sutdent posted up about needing to do 3 weights session and 2 hard cardio session per week to lose weight (1/2kg a week). If I was to do kickboxing, would that be both ducks, one shot? (whatever the saying is). Because it builds muscle, but is cardio too? I don't want to join up a gym just to lift weights, but do see the logic in what the newsletter says.
  4. nee-san, won't running that much ruin your knees?
  5. Good on you RBNT, you'll be in the best shape of your life soon
  6. adz can u show before and after pics? well done
  7. adzmax, for your lunch do you go home and steam your veggies etc? how do you do it at work? or is it a frozen meal? 7kgs in 8 weeks is v impressive. at the risk of possibly being banned (lol) can i ask anyone tried BodyTrim or the like where they say you can lose 5kgs in 5 days?
  8. no worries nickr333. yeah i am worried about it. it's (cancer) so prevalent i'd like to do anything to avoid it. I do have chicken or steak every couple of weeks i guess, I'm not that full on but it's very hard to know which 'expert' to believe, you know?
  9. also NickR33 keep up your fitness efforts, good on you. Keep up the motivating self talk and focus on a goal outside yourself like a holiday or something. Don't dwell on your physique because everyday you are investing in your health by working out. I'm inspired by you, great job pal.
  10. hey Madbung, why are bananas so good for you? can we hear some more of your thoughts, i'm v interested. excuse my ignorance please. I thought banans were a fattening food, like pasta? although this is contested (It's v confusing). I am trying not to eat animal proteins for the last month as I am worried about getting cancer and eating more beans, quinoa, etc and lots of veggies and salads and I have noticed some weight loss but it is much easier to lose weight eating lots more animal protein. I don't want to bulk up at all, I just want to eat healthy and live a long life so I try to avoid synthetic products. I find all of the advice very confusing and hard to know how to treat your body right - I mean you can change your house, your clothes, your job, etc but you have to look after your 'temple' (lol in before everyone calls me a hippie) because it's the only one we have. Is it ok to have a restricted diet for a while (6-8 months) or can this cause lasting damage? I know I have asked a fair few questions but I hope some responses can be put forward.
