  1. Check the Air Flow Meter, could be dirty and also the connections/solder.
  2. Edited cause i prematurally replied!
  3. Any recommendations/prices for an engine detailer? Been looking to get it done. Sydney area. Anyone got any after pictures? Thanks and apprecaited
  4. Like a few people have said before me, i wouldn't go for any cheap GTR's, as you get what you pay for. We bought an R32 GTR about 3 years ago and at the time the 18k GTR's of today were 23k then, and soon after purchase ran into many problems and if it wasn't for my Dad being able to do all the repairs/work himself, it just wouldn't be feasable to afford repairs, maintanance, parts etc. He still says, 'we should of spent 30k' on a GTR. After 3 years and lots of $$ spent you still encounter problems like CV joints, belts, brake lines, engine hoses etc etc, not to mention the wear on the engine, gearbox, suspension, etc etc etc. Do yourself a favour and save some pain and buy something decent and do some research into what you should be looking for when buying one. Money spent now will be wisely invested to save you money down the track when the inevitable will happen to an 18k GTR.
  5. Somethings come faster than others, also depends on how many seperate items are in the one order. Are you getting e-mails telling you there's been a delay with your order? Once it says it has shipped only takes a few days after that.
  6. I've had a r32gtst for like 4years now, couple of years ago also bought a r32 gtr and the gtst doesn't compare, when i first pulled away in the gtr it's like nothing i've ever felt, i still remember the feeling. So the short answer is yes, do yourself a favour and get a gtr. I still have both cars, the gtst is my daily cruise car and my gtr is my project car where i pump my money into. they're both silver too. oh just a quick edit to agree to the above reply, maintanance is a key issue as like that which has been stated work will need to be done in most cases. So be prepared to shell out extra cash after the initial purchase.
  7. Not all P platers are aged 17-20. There will be a wide range of ages, so Mercedes are perhaps looking at it from that perspective.
  8. Ahh, the Skyline smile. Enjoy your new ride, looks nice.
  9. Brakes are sqealing on the gtr with new pads and my Dad was saying the Anti-Squeal Shims are gone. Anyone can elaborate on where i can get some more? Just get them from Nissan? Thanks guys.
  10. I got a set of ISC coilovers for my r32 gtst. Had no trouble fitting them, and they feel and handle fantastic compared to my old semi-stock set up. Quite cost effective also.
  11. Enlglish mate, helps your post not to get skipped.
  12. I've gotten quite a few things from them, never had any troubles, sometimes 40% cheaper than i could of gotten stuff over here and that's delivered to your door. Sometimes it takes a while to get stuff, depending on the make/model/part etc, but in the end, you do get it. First place i check for parts now.
  13. I've been looking for one, do they exist? I've gotten the clear cams cover for the RB26 now i'm looking to get a clear coil pack cover to match it as the coils we have on our GTR are worth showing off! Been looking through a few websites but haven't found anything. If any one can direct me to somewhere where i can get this or a manufactuer would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
  14. I bought a 32gtr copy for my gtst from Carmate. Guys were really friendly. Had to do some minor adjustments here and there but all in all i was happy with the way it turned out. Only 300bucks, you get what you pay for and for what i wanted at the time it was perfect.
