  1. Ok (rolls) I under stand that but please look into the holset for the price of it you can't beat it I've researched it many times that's why I went with it!!!!! I'm sure I will change the turbo when I can afford one but then again I don't want my car to be a dyno queen
  2. To (kiwi) the max output of the holset is 60lb/ per min the trucks they use them on run 32psi all day so I figured it would work for what I'm wanting and I do plan on going with a 6boost I'm waiting for a group buy to come up or one for sale on our fourms here in the us. To (rolls) most of us dyno our cars at the wheels but I do know our HP rating seems to be higher than most other places I just figured we tac on the extra HP for the amercian ego trip lol.
  3. How's it going guys my rb25 blew last summer the timeing belt broke mashed the head up and broke a pistion so I finaly have a new head and the money to rebuild the engine. I'm from the US but the fourms here suck as far as rb knowledge goes. So I'm shooting for 500rwhp in a s13 this is a list of parts I plan on useing to get me there if you all could let me know what's needed and what's not or a better way to get the best bang for my buck let me know thanks in advanced. Arp head , main, and rod studs / acl main and rod bearings / isis intake manifold / either cp or wisco pistons / and either eagle or manly rods / z32 Maf with a q45 throttle body / stock exhaust manifold with tial 44mm external waste gate / holset Hx35 / as for head gasket I'm looking at the cosworth or the apexi and I'm running a apexi power fc/ for fuel injectors 1000cc not sure if that's over kill or not please let me know / and I'm running a z32 twin turbo fuel pump

  5. hey guys i live in the US and my rb blew on me so now im going to rebuild her!!! i need your help with geting the best bang for my buck i finaly have the money for the rebuild but i want to put it in the correct place. so first off i want to hit 500whp with my rb25 in an s13 im looking at picking up either cp or wisco pistons and either manly or eagle rods. i will be useing arp head / rod / and main studs as for the bearings i am going to go with ACL main and rod bearings. im useing an act heavy duty 6 puck clutch 1000cc injectors not sure if thats over kill so feel free to chime in and let me know if somthing could be done better!!! isis intake manifold with Q45 throttle body N62 maf stock exhaust manifold with tial 44mm waste gate welded on and a holset hx35. if you have any advise please let me know so i can get to my goal. thank you Shae
  6. Any one know of good berring sets for the RB25 that are possibly heat treated
  7. Haha I know our dynos here are garbage thats why I'm asking you guys. I want the best for this rebuild I would love to hit the 500rwhp mark so 550 on your dyno standard but I will settle for 450rwhp reliable power. So any suggestions on witch way will be the best route for me. Ok I will definatly check out the CP pistons and the GTR rods.
  8. How's it going I'm starting to rebuild my rb25 and since I'm running an hx35. With 550cc injectors I would like to upgrade the internals so I can run more boost. My question is what would be the best rods and pistons for me I'm looking to get about 450rwhp and I'm running an AMS EMS ecu. Thanks.
  9. im not totaly shure the guy i got the motor set from said it was a S2 heres the numbers that are on the side of it (G8 and the ecu number is 23710 13v00 / mec-R720 / B1 / 6308
  10. How's it going I'm currently building a 1990 S13 drift car and I have evrey thing done and ready to go but I had a local guy here in the us in oregon build my wireing harness I stoped buy his shop to see how my harness was going and he had butt connectors all over the place in my harness and just did an overall horrible job so I gathered as much information as I could about the harness conversion. And now I have my engine cranking I have spark and fuel geting to the fuel rail but no fire so I hooked up a noid light I get one flash on the noid light and nothing else if I let it sit for 30 seconds after that one flash I can hear a relay click and I try it again and still 1 flash. So I figured I would come to you guys for help any ideas would be greatly appricated
  11. What's up my names shae I'm from the US I live in oregon I have a 1990 300ZX twin turbo its my baby. I got into drifting about 2 years ago and decided I needed to quit thrashing on my Z so I picked up a 1990 180sx with an Sr20 and decided it wasent enough for me so I sold the Sr and picked up an S2 RB25DET to put in it I had a local guy that said he could wire it up for me and he messed the harness up so here I am . I'm going to try to fix it my self so I figured I'd come to you guys for help.
