I use both German Castrol 0w30 during winter and Amsoil ATM 10w40 during summer, both are good. But she seems happier with Amsoil, so I might keep on using Amsoil from now on. Either ATM or ATO 5w30.

You do own the licence, the cable and you are still able to take it anywhere to tune, just that you can only tune 20 parameters with the standard version.

You can get the Uprev Osiris from East Coast Customs in QLD, I tuned my car with the standard version ($500) that comes with 3 e-tunes (record data-log and rom files, send to East Coast Customs, they tweak the rom file accordingly and send back to you to upload to your ECU). Obviously its not the best or accurate way for tuning, but it suits my purposes and the tuner version ($700) has plenty more parameters you can adjust by yourself or a dyno tuner.

If you're getting Castrol, it has to be German Castrol Syntec in either green or gold liquid.

PM'ed you Scotty! By the way, does anyone know of a place that tune or reflash stock ECU in Melbourne at a reasonable price... Chequered Tuning can't do the V35's yet and RevZone quoted more than $1k, WTF!? Might as well get Osiris done for that price...
