  1. Garage 88 in Sydney was able to price me up not long ago. Yen price was pretty deadly, and the weak exchange isn't helping

  3. any chance of getting some carbon sideskirt under panels? err...otherwise possibly known as side skirt extensions? even a universal one or an Evo one (most popular ones i see around)
  4. buy my HKS 2510 twin turbo kit off my rb26. PM if serious about buying. price is $3000 and includes everything from intakes to cat. bolt in and go go go!
  5. shall be cleaning the fuel filters out this coming week. plugs checked out ok and did a quick compression test as well and engine seems good. strange why it would be spluttering down the straight if it was surging as that is what i would expect from cornering fuel system consists of a Weldon 2015A fuel pump, Earls billet fuel filters, -8 lines to the surge tank, -8 hose all the way up to the engine then splitting up to 2x -6 at the fuel rail
  6. recently took my car to the tracks and noticed some issues which were not there when it was tuned about a year ago (not putting the blame on anyone here) at idle, when you tap the throttle, it feels like the revs drop momentarily. Even when you rev the car in neutral, it feels like there is hesitation below the revs pick up. any idea what this is? also at wide open throttle (WOT) the top of 3 gear is splattering. is this lack of spark? i have a big fuel system in the car and on the dyno it was fine, but im sure real life situations are different to dyno. and last thing is at wakefield, as i come in fast to a corner and brake (turn 2, fish hook and last corner) the car doesn't rev or do anything! it drops to neautral for about 2-4seconds then picks back up again. I've tried to rev match and downshift but nothing worked! Car drives on the street fine but this is concerning me. Is it a Tune? Spark? Fuel?
  7. Hey guys needing one of these, need one yesterday so ready to pickup if local sydney. i know Border make one but it sits over towards the passenger side and I'm specifically after one that sits exactly as pictured which sits just next to the cluster hood. http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c327/garage88/DSC01022_zps99f37d0b.jpg http://s30.photobucket.com/user/garage88/media/DSC01022_zps99f37d0b.jpg.html
  8. an u get anything for Honda EG civic? lol i know this is SAU please dont flame me its for the daily
  9. Brand new in box, part number FCP1298. Bought a while back and thought i had lost them in a house move. no longer using GTR Brembos so selling these PRICE: $250 Location: Sydney (Eastern Creek or Liverpool pickup) / $10 post Australia wide
  10. hey dude an i grab a set as well? do the washers come in any different colours out of curiosity?
  11. Heya Elvis how much on the Evo X Varis canards? any other types u can get as well? i can modify to suit my 33 anyways
  12. exactly what i was contemplating to try @lidz will be pairing the calipers (rebuilt) up to Dixcel FCR 2 piece rotors and Dixcel Type Z pads for street driving, whilst the rears will be utilising a bracket to space the stock brembo caliper out to accept a V36 350mm Dixcel FS rotor with type Z pads also. Track days i will simply switch out to Dixcel Type RA pads front and rear to cope with the R33's weight issue
  13. ok so since i cant find any GTR brembo calipers for a decent price ( i personally think its way too inflated!) ive decided to give a set of Evo X brakes a thought after potentially taking on a v36 conversion. rotor sizes- Evo X: 350mm X 32mm, 43.7mm height V36: 355mm X 32mm, 49.0mm height BCNR33: 324mm X 30mm, 54.3mm height now im willing to spend the coin on brackets to be manufactured, which RaceBrakes in Sydney have stepped up to the task, but the costs are around $300 per bracket is the guestimated quote. I'm looking to get my hands on a set of Evo X brakes and bringing it over the RaceBrakes to see if they can mock it up and see if ample strength from their brackets once installed. R33/34 Brembos seem to be sitting around the 800-1000 mark + brackets to adapt to fit the V36 rotors (355/350), which at the end of the day will cost me the same to get the Evo X brakes. biggest advantage is being able to get higher performing 2 piece rotors and pads for the Evo option i believe. has it been done before? what problems will i face if any with the increased piston size? will the weight throw the balance off on the car that much with the difference in unsprung weight?
