An absolutely AVOIDABLE waste of young lives! I feel for all of those left behind who will have to deal with this tragedy for years to come! They are the real victims! Please guys/gals before you drive recklessly in built up areas spare a thought for your family and friends!!!! It only takes millisecond to rip a family apart and it is never ever fully put back together. To out live your children is a nightmare no parent should ever have to cope with! My sympathy to all related / connected with this heartbreaking event!

Hi Guys, Some low life broke into my garage 2 weeks ago. They stoll among other things 2 R33 GTR badges (one had the GT part bent back so as to fit a R32 GTR) My new race helmut (White with blue orange and red graphics) Most of my electric tools includung MAKITA HAMMER DRILL, B&D CORDLESS DRILL, ANGLE GRINDER a set of pristine GTR R32 mats, a GTR billet KEY, a pair of Xenon headlights and a heap of other stuff I have not noticed yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want the stuff back I just want any info if you have come accross this stuff trying to be sold!!!! I will pay $1,000 to who ever connects my to my theif!!!!!!! Whoever did it, only targeted my car section of my garage!!! I want their head on a platter if ya know what I MEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! :sadam:

Lucky for Munro then! seeing as 100 EVO 8's will be arriving in 4 months for 60-65k with active centre diff and 3 years new car warranty!!! ;-)

In my HONEST opinion: Find the right Monkey for the job i.e: any decent mechanic can fit an intercooler but not all can build a HIGH horsepower monster engine with a guaranteed minimum HP rating!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things to ask yourself before handing your keys over: 1) Do they legally employ a registered mechanic? If yes, what are their qualifications? 2) Do they own the right equipment or at least have access to it? ie: DYNO, TUNING COMPUTERS, etc... 3) Are they fully insured against theft, fire etc of your vehicle? and don't just believe them! Ask to see the paper!!! 4) Have they been in business for a decent amount of time? with a good reputation (call consumer affairs for info on the number of complaints) 5) If their is a dispute after the work is done, will they hold your car for ransom!? Do them use bully tactics to extort money!? 6) If your going to be spending BIG dollars will they give you a rough power figure and guarantee it? Like some Sydney tuners!!! 7) when they say it’ll be finished in 2 weeks, does this mean 0-14 days or 41 days or maybe 127 frigin days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know of one company in operation in the ACT which is an Absolute JOKE!! Talk about “performance tuners” my asssss!!! :skull: BE VERY CAREFUL PEOPLE!!! :skull:

Ken, I just sold my bog stock 92 GTR for $31,000. 130,000ks With everything takin off it, and I mean everything!!! She was grade 1 but looked alot better after some touch ups. Your car looks like a good buy for the $$$!? my 2c :burnout:

Let me clarify!!! It's BS that the law states they have to be changed!!! Meaning their is no reason that they should legally be forced to downgrqade to halogen!!! I drove my 98 GTR for 2 years on Aussie streets and not ONCE did anyone flash me due to the lights annoying on coming traffic!!!??? I have a 7 series now with self leveling Xenon's and have been flashed numerous times in the first weeks of driving !!! ??? go figure....
