Will most likely be putting standard GTR rims back on or other wise i will put 19s on but the price wont go down as much. The car never went to a workshop , so im not sure how to get formal paperwork. But ill speak to the mechanics and see if they can get one through their workshop.

All the cylinders have been commpression tested. The issue occured on startup and no whilst being driven ,i have had 3 mechanics come have a look at it before my mate and i started to strip the engine in prep for the rebuild. The car was only running 8 psi of boost at the time of the issue. Their is no metal in the oil which from what ive been told would be a head gaskett not a shattered piston or cracked block. Aslo the mechanics went over the car whilst the car was running and told me its a head gaskett as well as they have also come back and done a bit of work stripping the engine and still say its the head.

RB26 GTR Engine for sale. The engine had 82,000kms when the bottom end blew. The engine has N1 Turbos (only on the car for about 20,000kms) , 260 degree CAMS and 500cc injectors. Does not come with wiring. The engine was rebuilt by Vince Rigoli in August 2005 and from what i was told it MAY have forged internals but could not confirm. The engine in my GTR ran a 11.470 soon after the rebuild and was estimated at 500HP. The engine blew during oil starvation and i have been told by mechanics that the damage is not the worst they have seen but WILL NEED REBUILD. The engine has been sitting for 1 month now as i was planning to make a project out of it but i dont have the money anymore. Comes with other parts such as Standard BOV's , alternator , clutch plates and a standard dash cluster (which is good for parts, odometer has been shorted). Looking at $2000 for the lot ONO.
