  1. Hi all, just throwing this out there to see if there is any interest. im looking to sell or swap my set of 18 x 8 rims +35 offset Konig Runaway- from what I can work out they are a rip of of a RE30. they looked good on my white 34 they have been repainted in a satin black before I bought them. they do have some gutter rash from when my father borrowed my car. tyres are Hankook Ventus V2 225/40R18 fitted 3-4 months ago 2 fronts- 75-80% 2 rears- bad camber wear I would prefer to swap for a set of 17 x 9 in a wide offset ( +15 to +30) my 34 is quite low and the 18's scrubbed on the plastic liners on full lock. im running my standard 17's with brand new rubber so im not fussed if the 17" rims are bare let me know what you guys have.. can provide individual pics of each rim and tyre cheers
  2. Sorry for the hijack, but ive been recomended to use Brisk spark plugs in the GTT anyone have any good feed back? price is comparable to a NGK
  3. 27/22 you cant go wrong! car is so much more settled through corners- but still has a good ride quality. i would have gone non adjustable rear but for some reason my local supplier told me whiteline were no longer doing a fixed 22mm rear- hence i now have the adjustable unit. yes mine does pick up a rear wheel over some driveways, but i live in a shitty country town with shit house roads
  4. I run a 27mm front 22mm rear whiteline swaybar in my 34 im extremely happy with the improvement over standard. i do have the adjustable rear bar- but i will never play with it. it was more wank factor than anything. as 34GeeTeeTee said his car looked like it was on rails at the Texi, so flat and so much tyre smoke...
  5. always! got stuck doing a training course all weekend for the RFS. i would have been there otherwise

Thanks for looking

  12. Hi all, Posting this on behalf of a mate. he has a running 93 mod r33 with a small amount of drift damage.see pics. he purchased the car with the intention of repairing it- but his missus has cracked it and it needs to go. The car itself has a 3"( i think) turbo back exhaust, return flow front mount, splitfire coil packs, pod, greedy boost controller( i think thats what it is) and turbo timer. just the usual bolt on mods. not sure of suspension but i looks like lowered bilsteins, has some shit 18" knock off wheels. not sure about rego- it has been registered in the past but has lapsed now and would need a blue slip so it would suit someone looking for a cheap drifter or track basher. it could be rego'd but it would need a few standard items which do not come with the car. he is chasing around $4000- but is open to serious offers. car soon to be located in port macquarie Nsw 2444 call for more info PM for more detail or call Matt on Zero Four Three Eight Six Four Nine Nine Eight Seven
  13. Seems my 34 wants to play up. I've spent the day removing my complete dash as there was a really bad rattle between the inside of the firewall and the sound deadening. All going well chasing the rattle then whilst test driving it shut down. I thought it may have run out of fuel so I replaced fuel filter and gave her 20lts of 98. Still no start. I jumped it to get it going, it ran long enough to get 100m to home. In the drive way she started hissing and farting and idling really rough, then stalls. I jumped it again n same issue. After hours of swearing and no result I thought would removing the dash cause these issues? After thinking I'd stuffed something by pulling the dash out, we realised the battery wouldn't hold charge. Then we tested alternator and found it was only putting out 11.8 volts. So I think the alternator is stuffed.? Has anyone else had this issue? I'm thinking a new alternator and battery should fix it? Probably a very stupid topic as I think I have answered my own question, but I just wondered if anyone else has had similar issues? Thanks Matt
