  1. 12 months rego (just renewed @$1300) - Immaculate - Injected LPG/gas dual fuel - Series 2 luxury model High tech injected LPG/gas system makes more power and torque than on petrol due to extra octane rating of LPG. Paid $5000 to fit. The car is cheaper to run than a diesel or petrol equivalent. You get a fast station wagon that is practical and cheap to run - best of both worlds. The high tech injection system is far superior to the old carburetted lpg systems that backfire and run rough. It is impossible to tell the difference when the car is running on LPG/gas or petrol. 2. Tow bar sold, lift suspension and brakes still available. Why can't I edit my original post to delete the sold items?
  3. Ben, I will send you some pics from my phone tomorrow morning when it's bright. Cheers PS: I'm going to be taking the tow bar off the car this weekend so if you want to see it on car, this weekend would be best. Cheers
  4. Here's my Stagea (a white one) towing my boat (the red one) at around 2 tonnes on a weekly basis and towing a mate's boat (the blue one) at around 1.5 tonnes once My stagea has a once off custom lift kit fitted - car, towbar, liftkit, exhaust, brake upgrades, everything are all for sale in the for sale section (shameless plug). Liftkit keeps the car at about 400mm guard to hub centre loaded with people, 4wd recovery and towing gear, LPG system and 200kg of ball weight (totalling over 500kg extra weight in/on the car)!
  5. Bump, I'm trying to get the car ready for sale within the next 2 weeks, so if anyone wants any towing gear in Sydney, now's a good chance to get it. These are limited one off items that are not available off the shelf - lots of time and money went into getting these built.
  6. Guys, I have a set of front and rear electric black leather seats for sale from a WGNC34 s2. They are the ones with built in seat heaters. Full electric control. They look like the ones in this thread except his are sI seats with no seat heater: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/296326-electric-leather-seats-s12/ They plug into any auto or manual S1 or s2 stagea without the need to run wiring (the cars all have the wiring loom under the factory cloth seats already. $1000 Pickup from Sydney only (won't post due to size). Call Chris on 0490 091 303 to arrange inspection.
  7. Hi Guys, I'm selling my WGNC34 Stagea S2 which I used as a heavy duty tow car to tow 2 - 2.5 tonne loads on a regular basis. I'm returning the car back to stock to sell it (unless if someone wants to buy the whole car). I have available for sale: Tow Bar Heavy duty custom made tow bar with 50mm removable hitch and hitch receiver type arrangement. This towbar was custom built by Fast Fit Tow bars here in Sydney. Unlike the other towbar regularly referred to on this forum from Canberra, Fastfit rate this towbar at 2.3 tonnes, 200kg ball weight and have stickered the towbar accordingly making it legal. This is a one off custom build never to be repeated. It is neat and tidy and the hitch arrangement is under the car and out of site. No cutting of rear bar required (it comes in neat and tidy under the rear dayz lip. Tow bar has never flexed or moved or damaged the car using it to tow 2 - 2.5 tonne loads on a regular basis. It is currently fitted to the car, so you can see how it is fitted, and you can be sure that it fits. We will actually remove it from the car if you decide to buy it. Includes electrical trailer plug connector and wiring (it mounts off a neat plate on the tow bar). Rather than including pics, it's best if you come and have a look at it on the car. Price $1000 (it cost me almost $1400, about 5 visits to the towbar place and about a month to get finished). Stagea Heavy Duty Lift Suspension I have for sale a heavy duty suspension package custom made for me by wholesale suspensions here in Sydney. It is a one off custom build never to be repeated. I found my stagea too low when towing heavy loads (I towed a 2 - 2.5 tonne car trailer or a 23 foot fibreglass boat). Wholesale suspensions made me a package comprising: Heavy Duty longer Bilstein rear shocks New standard front shocks (Bilstein doesn't have anything longer than stock shocks for the front) Higher spring rate heavy duty longer front and rear king springs Front and rear of the car sit at about 400mm centre of hub to guard front and rear with the car FULLY LOADED with about 450kg of gear (about 200kg ball weight from the car trailer and about 250kg of gear inside the car (LPG system, tools plus 4wd recovery gear to get the rig in and out of tricky locations). Less than a year old (custom made last year) and done less than 6000ks. No leaks, knocks or anything. Shock boots are still perfect (no rips or tears). Cost me almost $2000 and about 5 visits to and from the shock to get the height right (kings had to keep remaking the springs by trial and error). These are currently on the car, so you can trial them in my car and we will do the swap on the spot. Looking for $1500 plus a trade for standard suspensions. Brake Upgrades Dixcel slotted rotors front and rear - done only around 6000ks Purchased new from Greenline last year for: DIXCEL PD Disc Rotor (Front) WGNC34 RB25DET 99 AWD (3212013 PD): 14,553 yen (Special) Shipping: 25,100 yen TOTAL: 39,653 yen AU$515 DIXCEL SD Disc Rotor (Front) WGNC34 RB25DET 99 AWD (3212013 SD): 21,483 yen (Special) Shipping: 25,100 yen TOTAL: 46,583 yen AU$605 Looking for $800 plus swap for non warped standard rotors that still have meat on them. Currently on car, so you can see them before you want to go ahead and we will remove them and swap them. Japanese Stainless Dump back exhaust (stainless front pipe) and stainless catback Nice note (not tinny), nice volume - not too loud. Still fitted on car, so you can hear what it sounds like before you go ahead. Forgot the brand. Paid $1200 for it from Greenline. Looking for $800 plus swap for standard exhaust with no holes in it. Currently on car, so you can see them before you want to go ahead and we will remove them and swap them. Because of the size of the parts, pickup from Sydney only (I cannot arrange for these items to be posted interstate). To find out more details on this stuff or to look at it, call Chris on 0490 091 303
  8. Thanks for the reply stageaharts, but unfortunately, postage to Adelaide could end up costing as much as the item is worth A Sydney buyer would be preferred
  9. I have for sale a set of C34 TEIN Height Adjustable Wagon Damper Coilovers. Coilovers were purchased new for around $1500 from Wholesale Suspensions in Sydney and have travelled approximately 60,000 in just over 2 years. Amazing ride - firmer and heavily reduces body roll and improved handling but not too firm. Height adjustible - can go from about stock height to mega slammed. INCLUDES helper springs so the springs remain captive and don't jump around! Great condition - no leaks or knocks. The rust visible on the photo is only very minor surface rust from stone chips in the paint. The only reason for sale is I am selling my car. Located in Sydney Northern Suburbs (St Ives) Looking for $850. Call Chris on 0490 091 303 to arrange pickup
  10. I have for sale a C34 Stagea Rear Cargo Cover/Cargo Blind in great condition. Looking for $60 Location Sydney Northern Suburbs (St Ives) Call Chris on 0490 091 303 to arrange pickup Pics below
  11. I have achieved similar results on more than 1 rb25 using a highflowed rb25 turbo with the OP6 housing and tolulene mixed fuel running a very agressive tune (all supporting mods including cams and a VERY freeflowing exhaust). I have never posted dyno charts (and don't intend to) because some keyboard warrior is just going to call me a liar.
  12. I'm definitely in, but I'd like to make a few suggestions. 1. I think there is a difference between something that looks ultra stylish and nice versus something that looks just crap and rice. For example, I think that the s3 gtr lights look nice and stylish. On the other hand, some of those lights on ebay, like most of the tailights look like crap. I think if we could achieve a look like the s3 gtr, that would be awesome. 2. Not a real fan of destroying the factory set of lights (mine are in perfect nick) just to harvest the high beam reflector. I'd much rather a complete light so I can swap back to the standard ones if I ever sell the car. I'd much rather a set of twin projector lights and I'd be willing to pay for the second set of projectors rather than destroy my factory lights. 3. would be good if we could get el rings around the twin projector setup I suggested in 2. just a couple of my ideas.....
  13. Chef I feel for ya man. You musta been spewin, taking out that old gates kit that had just been done and then this happens......
  14. I've got gas injection on my stagea. The cons are: 1. I have a big tank in the boot between the strut towers (non spare tyre tank). 2. It doesn't drive as nice on gas as petrol when it's still warming up (when warm, it's hard to tell the difference). The pro is LPG is cheaper than petrol. But, when you factor in that the car uses more lpg than petrol, the price difference is not what you see at the pump. So all in all, it does save money, but you won't be cutting your fuel bill in half or anything.
  15. If they are the C spanners that came with the car, chances are they are the right ones. It's hard adjusting the height on the car if it hasn't been changed for a long time and they are slightly seized. Take the coilovers off the car, spray with wd40 (make sure you don't get any on the shaft/seal) and then undo the rings. Make sure you're turning them the right way.
  16. PS: I never do other mods at the same time as the timing belt, just in case if something goes wrong I know what it is.
  17. Unfortunately, this may be the case. I NEVER turn any of the pulleys without the belt on. Especially not the balancer, but in anycase, never any of them. E.g. I had to replace the cam seals. I forgot to crack the hex nuts/bolts on the left hand cam. I had to put the belt back on before I cracked it, cracked the bolts/nuts, then took the belt back off again. When I turn the engine by hand via the crank bolt with the spark plugs in, it is firm, but not what I would call very firm or difficultly firm. Also, I don't feel any differing levels of firmness throughout the rotation. I turn it using a 42mm breaker bar with light - medium strength.
  18. Guys, saw the mobile speed cameras for the first time today. They're really sneaky and by the time you see them, it's too late. Lucky I was going under 60. Check out the pics leading up to the car, it's so hard to distinguish it from a normal car. The signs are small - about 40cm x 40 cm or thereabouts. They are manned, by someone who looked like only a mother could love. Perhaps a parking inspector in his past life. The car is not white, it was light blue/blueish silver! Pics attached. Apologies for crap quality - taken with phone while moving. For those of you with a keen eye, yes, I am in my stagea daily driver
  19. I dunno what's up with people on that body building forum. I remember I posted up a link where some roidhead was asking for bigger condoms because he said he tried the magnum and it wouldn't fit over his balls
  20. With my dipstick on the full line (not over onto the word) with oil filter, I put about 4 L in my 25
