  1. Well I'll have to come along then as well so Martin isn't alone in the Euro trash department!
  2. Thanks for organizing it James, I had to leave mid cruise but had a great time and it was great to catch up with the SAU crew even though I am without GTR!
  3. I'll try to come along as well, although I don't have a Skyline anymore!
  4. Ill try to make it. Been ages since I have attended an event
  5. Hey buddy, I sent you a pm about my V Spec, it is however black but immaculate and with some very nice mods and with a nice clean easy transaction I am willing to sell at a very good price as I would rather just see the car go as it pains me to sell it. If you would like some more info please do not hesitate to contact me. Cheers Dave
  6. Had a great night and it was good to finally take the GTR out again!
  7. Why dont you guys meet us at apple peel?
  8. I am running 19 x 10.5 +11 and the only rub is on the stock BOV's on full lock to the left, apart from that they are fine and my car has been lowered 30mm
  9. You got me!!! Yes it's my car, I am too lazy to take my own so I stole his.
  10. Pics? Is this the twin 2.5 system or the single with an oval / rectangle tip?
  11. If you are only getting -7's why not stick with a 3inch? It will flow enough for the -7's and at the same time you could build a nice quiet exhaust which is a lot easier to do than in 3.5 inch.
  12. I have a 34 GTR and have a modded B6 A4 with bigger turbo, injectors, cooler, exhaust etc etc and although you dont get the same bang for buck, Audi's are an amazing car. My A4 has been modded for a couple of years and I have owned it for over 4 years and they are very reliable and can handle some punishment. I recent bought an S4 and to be honest I enjoy driving it as much as my GTR but for different reasons. They are just so comfortable and solid where as the 300rwkw GTR is just a rocket and a blast to drive. I considered buying an S3 and then modding it before I settled on an S4, but I wanted the Audi to be a daily with more comfort plus the sound they make is just amazing! If you pick up an S3 check out APR, they have an extensive list of mods for all Audi's but for the S3 in particular. With a stage 3 kit (exhaust, fuel pump, front mount, turbo, injectors, clutch etc) your are talking a very quick car, especially if it is DSG. You can program the DSG for a harder launch and they really move. I have seen Stage 2 cars running 12's which is on the stock turbo and not much of a spend. Servicing is cheap if you stay away from Audi (they quoted me $750 for an oil change) in Melbourne there are a few independant guys who will charge a third of that and they use a lot less petrol. Havinf said all of that, every time I jump in the GTR I LOVE it and wonder why I dont drive it more often, truth is I would if Police where not the way they are and it did not attract so much attention on the road. Cheers

    Dent And Fine

Buddy, count yourself lucky, My ute was written off last week when it was parked outside my house! Came out in the evening and the whole right hand side is damaged and the ute itself was even pushed forward and to the right one foot!
