  1. Hi Guys Got a set of Federal FZ-201 semi slicks 285/30/18 up for grabs. Were used on the car for a very short period of time before deciding to go in another direction. Plenty of meat left (still has the coloured markers in the tread). I can send more pics if requested. Prefer pickup but can post at buyers expense. $800 ono Located Melbourne
  2. I ended up taking the battery back and they replaced it with one double the size. It still cranks for a while but has turned on every time so far. I guess if I get the same problem again, I'll try a new starter motor.
  3. So battery voltage sits around 11-12 when car is off. As soon as I start cranking it drops to 8-9. When I put the jumper pack on and crank it drops to 10-11 and turns on.
  4. Yes it always starts up when i connect a jumper pack to the battery terminals in the boot. The battery I put in was new so there shouldn't be any reason for it to be rooted.
  5. I assumed people would understand what I meant when I said randomly starting... And like I said I've read many threads but none of them seem to entirely relate to my issue. From what I have read, I have tried to fix/replace. I've also tried cleaning the AFMS, and have also opened them up and resoldered the joints. It's got a fairly new fuel pump which primes fine. My question is.. why would it start fine when I put a jumper pack on? but without it, it struggles or doesn't turn on? I'll try checking the coolant temp sensor and cleaning the injectors this weekend.
  6. Hi Guys I've tried reading multiple related threads but i can't seem to find any that entirely relate to my issue. My GTR randomly starts whenever it wants. It cranks fine but just struggles to start. I find it struggles more when warmer, but occasionally doesn't start when cold also. I've replaced coilpacks, spark plugs, ignitor. I've re-grounded all the earthing points. I've changed the battery I've played around with the cranking ignition timing on the Power FC hand controller It's got a forged motor and running a power fc with supporting mods. Sometimes when I give it gas while cranking it helps and other times it makes no difference. the thing which i can't figure out is that whenever i connect a jumper pack to the battery, it always starts up. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks

This car has been extremely well built and is amazing to drive. This Evo rumbles like no other, you must hear it to understand. One of the toughest and best looking evo's in Melbourne. it handles amazingly with absolutely no body roll and is extremely quick for street use. Never been tracked but is built for it. I'm sure there's much more I've forgotten to mention. Pleas call or text for more info. This car is a must see. Won't last very long considering the many many add ons. Well over $10k spent in mods!! Selling due to purchasing another car. No time wasters or low ballers please.   9. compression test was done when i got the engine put in less than 1000 km's ago 160 across all 6 cylinders.. very healthy engine

  12. Doesnt come with RWC as I don't have time to get one. But I can definitely point you to the right direction if thats what you're worried about. Turbo's were put in 20,000 km's ago as were the other mods. Very similar to bayside blue not sure of the exact name. Door jams were resprayed, bonnet aswell. Boot and engine bay are black, they weren't resprayed. Don't have any pics of the engine at this stage but I will try and take some in the next few days. Engine was not rebuilt. I simply replaced the old engine with a r33 gtr engine and bolted on the supporting mods and so on No rust on the car, its pretty clean.
