  1. please tell me you have another drivers side window switch... mines scratched to shit.
  2. Selling or swapping my r33 gts-t. Reason being got rejected exemption and its just not worth risking it driving turbo in P's. I'm after a pretty decent looking r34 non turbo. Since looks is the only thing going for them. Or 7500 cash firm. mechanically nothing wrong with car come see for yourself. It has done 190,000k. Has rego till December. Has front mount intercooler installed 3 inch exhaust system Air intake system After market blow off valve Black set of rims. No idea what type M spec bodykit Drift wing spoiler White momo r33 steering wheel/handbrake/gearstick Boost guage and turbo timer installed Tires new, car running very smooth. And for the bolt on mods she's still very fun and also a great daily driver. Bad points: some paint issues in some areas like chips. Front bumpers paints absurdly bad. Never came around changing it. Air con needs regassing. Heater still works so its roadworthy. The cars completely roadworthy other than the after market blow off valve. Have papers to prove. No idea how put upload images via phone so this is the link to my gumtree add. Check photos here sorry. http://www.gumtree.com.au/m-my-ad.html?adId=1021108565 Also if you want to contact me by phone make sure its after the 17th thanks if not msg here.
  3. f**k that's some amazing power. You must've spent thousands. Its always better to.let someone else do it and pick it up for a fraction of the cost to build that much power. Goodluck on sale.
  4. It seems like a decent non turbo r33 But Jesus I can spend two grand more and get a r32 gtr
  5. Lol at the first comment truth
  6. About 5 months ago I bought a r33 gtst which had minimal mods. Exhaust system, large front.mount inter cooler installed, induction system, blow off valve and a boost gauge. I have no idea how much power that would be exactly. But my questions are these. Firstly the guy I bought it off said its running.on.stock.boost meaning 7 psi. But when I hit boost, on the boost gauge it shows that it boosts up to 15 I'm presuming 15 psi. Now does that mean that the cars turbo is already boosted? Or when.the guage goes from 0-15 it means.something else. By the way it caps at.15 it doesn't surpass it I don't know much about cars, also if it isn't boosted.how do I do it.
  7. would anyone even swap a supra sz for a r34 gt? from what I see r34 gt's are worth around 9k? supras price tags are so high and vague..
  8. From my experience white smoke could be just because its cold and nothing important if its got an exhaust system. or alternatively its a serious issue. my gtst (now gone) use to always do that took it to mechanic, nothing was wrong with it though.
  9. For my P's. I've just swapped my r33 gts-t (1994, 190,000k, bolt on mods) for a stock white 1998 r34 GT (90,000k with just exhaust system) but I was thinking, would it be better to sell the r34 and buy a s15 or is the r34 better?
  10. Which car is faster? I know the ford has more kw but is much heavier? I also heard the ford is easier to get power from. Also my mate has one and wants to have a go against my gtst. I don't have much on it, but here it is. Front mount intercooler. 3inch exhaust piping (also noob question, when piping is all the way through does the stock cat still stay of aftermarket one replaces it. I can't tell if its stock or not. Or even if I have one, sorry not good with car mod details.) K&N pod filter ( not sure if its part of an air jntake shstem or whatever I think the attached parts are stock.) Atm turbos not boosted. Stock 7. His car has air intake system and exhaust piping.
  11. As all young guys who buy a skyline they try their chance in getting approved to drive their turbo skyline coupes for no other than hoon purposes, even if some may have LEGIT reasons they are mixed with the feelings of wanting to be behind a wheel of some power. I am no different. I will be sending off my exemption form to VicRoads, as my circumstances (this is actually legit, believe it or not lol) are that I have MAJOR educational travelling issues. I live in Meadow Heights, next to Broadmeadows, im sure most people from Victoria know. I go to La Trobe University Bundoora. Thus if I go by car It takes me about 40 minutes to drive there with little to none traffic, also depending on my route. Driving through barry road then Sydney road then freeway then plenty road then my University. Point is its fregging long and by transport, its much, much worse. pretty much impossible by public transport. need to take bus at Broadmeadows then go all the way down then walk take a tram then walk to my uni, this takes about 1.5 hours of my time. that's 3 hours a day and I go 5 times a week about 3 hours a day so for 3 hours a day im going to be losing another 3 hours of my life. mind you this is all legit, and so is the want to drive this turbo'd car, not going to lie. fact is I have no other car to drive with. and NO SHIT I could've bought another car but believe it or not I got this pretty dam cheap and runs smooth, so hell why not take a shot. Anyway told you the scenario. What are my chances, put a poll up.
  12. At first I was really scared thinking my head gasket was blown, I looked if the muffler had white smoke or liquid coming out of it, as well as a bubbling radiator or even flushing one. the motor and car seems to be fine, not sure if its meant to release this much petrol or gas sorta smell. its a pretty big cannon and is equipped with piping all the way through. is the smell normal to be smelling a lot more than usual exhausts? Like when I drive with the windows down I can smell it fairly.
