  1. I would like to share my story with You about the P/S problem I faced 3 days ago. My P/S in R33 GTR started to work harder and harder day after day . I was surprised due to the fact that the car had service inspection in Japan November last year and due to the fact that the car was waiting for shipment and then traveling to Europe next 4 months . I was looking for the answer over the internet , here on this forum and on UK's , all what I could find was about the HICAS and problems related to that. So I was a little shocked about the situation. The only differences was that HICAS was not lighting on the dashboard. First self diagnostic of HICAS , only blinking so fine , checking all the plugs , leaking , fluid level , no noise from P/S pump. Yesterday P/S was gone . I took the car out side the garage and start once again the inspection on daily sun light . I started my inspection from the very beginning , from the P/S belt . What I saw was nightmare , the belt was 1cm wide and reversed , it was sliding on the wheels. I could not believed that such a things could've happen in Japan service , even schoolboy could do better job. The belt was changed yesterday by me and the P/S is back , what a relief that it was't HICAS unit. Conclusion is , start from the very beginning , the solution might be closer that we think , start from the belt ,it's tension , P/S pump ending at HICAS. The P/S is very sensitive. I will place some pictures in the evening.
