It is an acid based etcher compound that permanently bonds to glass or paintwork.

Not often you can put Papadakis on the trailer with a 14.x pass!

HPI is only open to Japanese cars. My M Coupe ran 11.088 @ 132.13 MPH w/ 1.879 60' time at WSID 21st July 2004 with BF Goodrich Comp TA 275/55 R15 -

684 rwhp on Dyno Dynamics .. that's a lot of power. What vehicle is it going in to? Raceweight? Rubber? Fuel? Should do some mean passes if it doesn't leave it's guts on the starting line!
-
Hehe.
-
And you think this because?
-
Q: How did you go? A: Not too bad, but I need to work on my 18.288 metre-ers. Get with the program roundy roundy boy! Drag Racing is US Imperial friendly!

You will be barred from further competition until you meet the ANDRA rules for sedans 10.999 or quicker.

The biggest wank is Sport Mod weight breaks. A 13B gets a weight break of 2000 lbs (think Pacman or the 7.7X car) and yet a 6 cylinder gets a weight break of 2500 lbs. This is a result of copying the US rules where 6 cylinder development is well progressed but rotors are not the flavour. the opposite is true in Australia where we have a well developed Rotor scene but a fledgling 6 cylinder scene.
-
Depending on what class you run in, your vehicle, plus the driver and fuel, must be a certain minimum weight (as listed in the post above). For example in Sport RWD for a 6 cylinder you must weigh at least 3100 lbs. Which is ridiculously heavy.

The Sport RWD weight break is now approaching reality. Still a bit to go. Now to lobby to allow slicks in Sport RWD. Who wants to watch 16 cars blow the covers off?

Mick, did you enjoy being a competitor at CA? -
The fields are so small that everyone will qualify. There is also the grudge races and other runs that mean you will get your money's worth as a competitor.
-
Run it and find out.

Car won't be ready by then. -
The highlight of the event was when we abused Adrian from the other side of the track while he was playing patty cake with the media guys. :-) I totally agreed with the starter for disqualifying the blue 20B RX3. The rules are no burnouts past the line for that class and the guy did a huge long burnout. Self indulgent and time wasting. The crowd approved .. of course because the crowd are a bunch of dumbshits who would pay to watch a burnout competition. With the 20 seconds to stage business, it is the starter's discretion not an automatically timed thing. The number of automatic turbo rotaries that couldn't get up on the converter for either the burnout or the launch was astounding. Clearly there are a lot of sport compact racers who think low ET wins the race. There were also a number of racecars that stalled after their burnout, yet were allowed to restart and stage. The Queen Street car was basically allowed to do anything at all and still put down a pass. The communication between the ANDRA officials and the track announcers was appalling. At one point during eliminations they had no idea which class was runnijg. Since there were grudge races, it was hard to tell what was going on. I guess all this is the growing pains you must expect when a sport is in it's infancy and many of the soft rules will get a lot firmer onec full 16 car fields front up for each class.

Hey Sanchez, what ET are you expecting from your Skyline?
-
Righto then.

Hard to set up your suspension to be optimum for circuit, drag and street. My suggestion regarding NOS is to get two bottles. Big ones.
