  1. I don't really have access to Hypergear's services, it would mean taking my car off the road for several weeks and shipping it to them and back. I had heard that enlargening the internal gate was common these turbos, how hard is it to actually do? There are several machine shops around here that could probably do it.
  2. Wanting to get some advice on internal or external gates if someone could spare a few minutes. Have just had my RB20 tuned with the following: Stock RB20 internals Z32 AFM Bosch 630cc Injectors Walbro Fuel Pump PowerFC GTR V-Spec II Coil Packs Standard exhaust manifold Chinese front facing plenum, standard runners Generic looking FMIC 3" exhaust, pod filter Kunigawa TD05-18G Anti Surge, internally gated. 15psi spring (I think) Turbo Smart bleed valve here is the Dyno graph, all looks reasonably normal The problem I have is that it shoots to 15psi pretty quickly, then it sort of sits there for a bit until around 6 - 6500rpm then goes to 19psi. It just seems like the IG isn't really doing its' job, is it going to be worth spending the $500 or so it will cost to go external gate?
