  1. Yep, has the 40th logo's embroidered, different front bumper (I think), and front / rear braces.. Cheers!
  2. Hmm maybe ill get another panel beating quote.. Yea I'm a bit hesitant to get the roof done, think painless dent removal is the way to go.. Thanks heaps for your help!
  3. Hi all, So last Monday at work, a truck driver reversed into a tree, which fell directly on my R33! Couldn't believe it. I have made a claim through my insurance (who will take care of it at no cost) and they have asked me to get two quotes. There is multiple dents /scratches to the roof and bonnet. I have got the following two quotes already: - paintless dent removal (approx $2400), repairer thinks he can get out most of the damage and buff out scratches - panel beater (approx $3000-4000), will take out front/rear windows, cut off and weld on a new roof, replace bonnet. Respray bonnet and roof/petrol tank panels Anyway, my question is: Will any panel beater respray your whole car if majority (e.g more than 50%) of the car needs respraying? I am devastated this happened to my car, and the panel beater sounds like the right option - however I don't want my car to be half new paint half old paint.. Please help!! Many thanks..
  4. Haha nah man, this is legit.. I've got the papers from when this car was imported, and know how long the previous owner had it. If you saw the car in person, you can tell the kilometres are accurate, it's in mint condition..
  5. For sale is my 1998 40th Anniversay R33 Gts-t Skyline, 5sp manual $13,000 Will consider reasonable offers. This car is in absolutely immaculate condition inside and out, serviced every 5000kms. Reason for sale - I bought this car last year before knowing I'd be moving to the beaches. I love it, but it doesn't suit my lifestyle ( i.e fit my surfboard! ) Very few modifications: - 3 Inch Turbo back exhaust - SBC boost controller - have always run car stock at 7psi - Tein coil-overs - Short shifter - Apexi Turbo Timer - Kenwood Head Unit - Bluetooth handsfree, USB (front port and cable in glove box), Aux, CD Player, Digital Radio - 4 Speaker Stereo - 6 Inch Pioneer splits in the front, 6 Inch 3 way Kicker speakers in the rear I recently replaced all 4 tyres to pass Rego in December, and comes with one spare (was cheaper to buy 4 tyres than 3). Feel free to call for more pics or to organise an inspection. Cheers, Ryan 0401 487 434 Located in Newport [email protected]
  6. Sweet! thanks for all the help! Yea I think i'll leave it alone for now until I do a few mods, intercooler etc sound like a good start.. ohh man, that sucks.. I hope that doesn't happen to me! lol..
  7. Yep stock side mount, stock air box, and I'm pretty sure its a cat back exhaust.. No aftermarket boost gauge and running it at 7psi.. pretty keen to start upgrading parts, but yea wanted to know if there is any benefit to having that boost controller and what boost I should run
  8. Hey all, so I just bought an R33 and its completely stock other than the exhaust system.. And the previous owner had installed an SBC Blitz boost controller.. Is there any benefit to having a boost controller if the cars basically stock? I've been driving with it off lately because I was thinking it would be no good running the car at higher boost than normal.. I've tried searching but couldn't find anything, cheers!
  9. Selling 4 x 19" Chrome Rims with Tyres for $750 Rim Stud pattern - 5 x 114.3 - have come off a Nissan R33 Skyline Tyres are Rotalla 245/35 R19, 93W XL, Radial FL06 Wheels have no damage - and tyres have next to no wear! Reason for selling, is because I have just purchased a car but already have rims so have no need for these! For more pictures, feel free to send me a message. Pick up only but can meet halfway if your not too far. Wheels are advertised on Ebay, so I will remove them if sold on here first and vice versa. Cheers, Ryan. 0401 487 434
  10. sweet thanks! sheet of gasket paper did the job!
  11. Hey all, So I'm pretty new to skylines, bought a 98 R33 last week and am already sick of the atmo bov. Bought a stock R33 bov to put on today, but as I took the old one off the car, the gasket snapped on both ends. The gasket is fine around the centre, however its just on each end where the bolts are secured it has snapped off. Is it still alright to use this gasket? just want to make sure there will be no leaks or anything. The engines completely stock with a boost controller if that makes any difference. Cheers.
