Walk away mate, not worth the risk. Even if it is legit, it will still be a pain in the butt to sell down the track because it looks dodgy. People will be asking the same questions that you are now.

Power FC will be better in the long run Rukus, it is a stand alone computer that wil control all the engine functions, where as the SAFC is just a piggyback fuel controler. Save for the Power FC!!

Yeah any modifications to a car would also have to be illegal, but as you say how the hell would they police it? I can see a lot of wasted time for police and the people they pull over to check for mods.

Tell me again why they can't compile a banned car list based on power to weight? I seems that would make much more sense than this system. It may be a little more difficult to compile a list of cars and their power to weight ratios initially, but surely it would be alot easier to police in the long run?? As I mentioned earlier, a Holden HK Brougham with a 253 in it is going to have a vastly different power to weight ratio compared to an Integra Type R. As SW20-GT mentioned, you can still do a hell of alota damage in the family wagon. Dimwits who want to speed and act anti-socially in their cars are still going to do so. They will be just doing it in cars with crap brakes. Thats my opinion anyway. (Be it right or wrong!)
