I seriously think you should put those 0.8 gapped plugs in.. Try those out and see.. Im sure it will fix it.. AS for the noise.. no idea man.. Maybe go back to the place where you got the dyno done and him what it is.. Tell him its been happening since you got the dyno done..

Not to sure if you checked this or not.. but could be spark plugs? Post your dyno sheet as well.. See if you getting flat spots or not... Hmm sound coming from front? not good to hear.. but can be anything..

I havnt noticed any in my friends worked up s15.. thats got cams etc in it.. If you got adjustable castor rods like me, then you can feel those thru the cabin lol.. not to sure about engine dampers.. Edit: pm PLYNX.. hes got one in his 33.. ask him if he feels anything!!

Stops your engine moving around. Increases horsepower and torque... You will see it most effictive in an SR engine tho.. They move around a fair bit.. Esp if you got cams etc etc.. for 80 bucks from justjap.. probably a nice little upgrade You might as well get the brake fluid stopper thingy..

So what does this tune involve? Is the ecu still a self learning ecu when remapped? Can you post more details please.. of exactly what is done in that 600 tune. Cheers..

I dont know about causing headaches and what not. But the tune will never be perfect and you wont be able to fix your flat spot problems or whatnot. I mean, if you cant afford a proper ecu, then safc would be worth it for what it is. Uni-group (if you live in sydney), actually told me you will find good gains with it on an r33. Other cars not worth it. I might purchase the apexi neo sometime soon, and get it tuned and see what it can do. Fair few actually have the safc in there cars. 50/50 i guess.. some ppl say not worth it.. some ppl will say get it

^ see look at the person above me. at say 80kms, his power ouput is like 80kw or so.. Pauls at 80 is like 50kw.. I dont know if you even should compare kms to kw.. Well thats what the graph says so im.. Have a look at mine: Mods: full exhaust and more boost.. THATS IT!! NO FMIC NO NOTHING!! NO TUNE!! just a pure dyno.. 50kw on mine is less than say 2500 rpms.. which is no where nearly 80kms.. So what im sayin is, is that tune correct or what? Exactly what promordial said.. i seriously think gapped to 0.7 is way too much.. Refer to the thread ages ago about plugs. There was a huge debate about it. Someone dig that thread up lol.. so anyone keen on explaining that graph to me.. Or is all the power coming on after 80kms? lol= no idea with this graph!! cheers..
