  1. Possible but expensive - you're better off selling it, getting a GT-FOUR and converting it to turbo
  2. Yeah I list some of Phil's stock - I have his mobile number here if you get desperate.
  3. Send me a PM with your details and I'll chase it up for you fella.
  4. lol yes, sorry I was a bit slow in typing my response
  5. The right to display the plates is held by the owner, and can be transferred for money. It's a bit like if you had XXX-XXX plates on your car and someone nicked them, it doesn't mean you lose the right to display them. You just get a new set (if that makes sense!).
  6. Coxy is SUPPOSED to have entered his own damn car You don't have to go too crazy on the sheet, just mods and whatever else makes it special.
  7. Haha I have the same problem!
  8. The Stagea and the R32 Chad? They're both a yes from us. You should get something soon.
  9. Believe it or not, we have another entrant with a bigger vehicle than yours, Matty
  10. Added: I've just removed the Wiki reference to it. What you'll find is that someone did an RB26DETT conversion into their GTS-4 and coined GTS-4R to describe it, then someone else thought it was a genuine model and added it on Wiki. One day when I have time I'll get in there and add what's missing, but I'd rather spend the time adding info to the site I'm already working on
  11. No such beast, regardless of what Wiki says As already mentioned, Google Autech Skyline26 and you should get what you're after.
  12. Hi Blinky, Yes we're heading your way later on in the year at this stage, probably October/November. Cheers Kristian
  13. Hmmm that's a toughie - does anyone know any good import brokers in SA who can help this guy out?
  14. If it was found that the lack of ABS could have contributed to the accident, then yes you'd probably be in trouble. Given that you seem to know it's a problem, it might pay to get it fixed
  15. I think someone might be lusting after a Spec S
  16. The short answer is if it's not roadworthy and is passed as roadworthy, then yes that would be considered illegal, but also bear in mind that once the car has been driven away from the workshop, they can claim that you or someone else pulled it out. If the ABS light isn't on, there's a chance they may have simply overlooked it - I've seen a couple of cars come out of Japan with the ABS disconnected.
  17. 221 through the kink! That's some big cahunas!
  18. That's a top effort, nice power increase too Is E85 available at the pump again these days or did you get a drum?
  19. There's no rhyme or reason to start prices. Some people like to have them artificially low to encourage strong bidding, some like to have them high and come on sale straight away. The only guarantee is that if the start price is higher than what you want to pay, you're not gonna buy it
  20. Sorry, purchase of the Koenigsegg is off the cards now...just read this... http://www.nytimes.com/2010/01/17/science/...;pagewanted=all
  21. Simple - supply vs demand
  22. Crap I better enter so I can show you guys how it's done then *cough cough*
  23. You should've been much firmer with them then, as BP are the only ones who guarantee the octane rating of their fuels. A mate of mine successfully got a rebuild on his RX-3 from a different fuel company too (he works as a scientist specialising in fuels so he tested the fuel in a lab lol) I suspect the water issue may come from a combination of ethanol blends (ethanol is hygroscopic - it absorbs water) and then being put in tanks not designed to suit it.
