  1. There is no plug with one wire going in each side sadly. I can't for the life of me find it. There is literally no plug. There is however a white plug with two yellow and green wires. Is that it?
  2. Are cp forged pistons any good? I can get a kit with new rods to for $1200is usd
  3. It was warm. And yeah I think I might just rip the motor out and chuck new pistons and rings in. Got standard pistons. Power fc is registering knock quite badly.
  4. My ball bag mate limiter bashed my 700plus hp Gtr in 1st 2nd 3rd now the breather is smoking hard out??? No smoke out the back. Temp and pressures all good. Idle fine and runs perfectly. Thoughts?
  5. Mine makes 600 at the wheels and is a HARD driven daily driver. It likes to slide, well... I like it to slide and I've been told so much about the gains from better diffs, torque splitters and transfer boxes etc. in researching that I found out about the diff not sensing left right slip.
  6. Mine chews the f**k out of the rear right. Diff buddy. Non vspec has a diff that doesn't detect right left slip. Swap for a v spec diff and that clears it up. But hey, sounds like you got a heavy foot too.
  7. Hahaha. Couldn't agree more. VERY HARD to get lined up. Those that want a go arnt worth bothering with. Those that are won't race. Young boy racers want a shot. But a lumpy deep idle and the rattle of the triple plate put anyone with a clue off. Semi slicks, no stickers and a 100mm trust inter cooler give the game away to the wise and no one wants to get the pride and joy flogged by a f**king japper especially when theve just thrown down 80k. GTR is king. That is all

  9. Ok sweet. Mines a 96 so could be either. So I put a missile switch in line on which wire? Thanks mate. Really sound advise. I don't mess with stuff until I'm sure I'm not going to kill my baby. First chance to do a ligit 1/4 this Friday night. I'd say it will get banned first pass though. She's not slow! It really shows it's power from 140+ and LOVES 250+. But... No cage.
  10. Sweet. Well the shaft idea works as we all know. But it's pretty hard to heat up the rears prior to a 1/4 in 4wd. I run achillies 123s and find them bloody great but way better with a bit of heat in them. I'm going to try the switch on the pump trick. Sound pretty ligit if it's in the manual. So kick panel next to drivers feet. Pump with two wires. Un plug. Or use switch Pump break until light flashes and stays flashing. Rwd. Turn car off. Plug back in. Or use switch Turn on. 4wd. Launch with hot tyres.
  11. Hey guys. There's some f**kING MAGGOTS out there going hard for GTRs in Auckland at the mo. A white R34 got taken a gun point, a 32 was taken by a bunch of guys with bats and a gunmetal r32 Gtr got taken just the other day too. The white Gtr has the rego STIG so if any dodgie parts show up. Do the right thing ahy. Poor barstards.

  14. I have a mildly tuned "600+@wheels" R33 GTR. Obviously I can't pull the fuse R32 styles to go RWD. BUT... It has an R32 gearbox in it. So. If I pull the fuse, given its a 32 box will it be rwd? Or is it still going to feed power forward?
  15. Got an R33gtr. Are there any Gtr only events in NZ?
