BCNR33 Vs BNR34 front brake caliper threads
alonroz replied to alonroz's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
I did mean the thread where the brake line goes into the caliper. Anyone knows what thread tap should i use? threads don't look dirty honestly... I'm starting to suspect the previous owner tapped the calipers to a different thread since no one encountered such a problem. -
BCNR33 Vs BNR34 front brake caliper threads Hi, I have a set of R33 GTR Brembo front calipers. They came without the hard lines or any brake lines or fittings but do have the "olives" still on them. I wanted to retain the factory flared hard lines so i bought a set of BNR34 hard lines with aftermarket braided lines since both BCNR33 & BNR34 share the same part numbers in both Nissan & Nismo data. I tired fitting them to the calipers but they do no't seem to fit due to a different thread on the caliper and hard line bolt, Do BCNR33 & BNR34 front calipers have different threads? Thanks!

Thanks for the help, Sorry for the stupid question in advance, if the flared olive is indeed missing i should be able to tell by looking inside the rear bolt on the caliper? -
