  1. Hi, do you still have the ECU? And if so how much would postage be to Perth? Also are you selling the ignitor box, and if so how much? Thanks.
  2. My wife had a 2003 Daihatsu Charade in metallic pink, owned the car for 3 years and loved it. Very cheap to run and great around the city, we tested it out on the highway a few times and it was fine once it got up to speed. Inside it was pretty basic however, but there was a decent amount of room for passengers in the back and the boot could hold more than a set of golf clubs. I always felt worried that a good strong breeze could have blown it over though, the tires were small and very thin.
  3. Yeah I've got the same problem, same car. Started happening last summer as well and only noticed it again last weekend when the weather got freakishly hot in Perth! I've spoken to a mate of mine who's a mechanic, he reckons that some of the bushes might just need a bit of lubrication or replacing. What ever my cause is, it's definitely not the wheel nuts.
  4. I really love this game but on my first play through I got bogged down searching for all the collectibles (my own fault). There would be this big action set piece, my squad mates would run off into battle guns blazing and I'd be searching around looking for bits of paper. Then by the time I caught up with my team, the battle was usually over! I've played it through a second time on insane however and finished it, with all the stupid collectibles.
  5. I thought it was better than the first episode. I didn't mind the Ford GT review but it didn't have much to it, just the host driving around and acting like a cock. That Smart car 'challenge' was rubbish! I reckon they should see if they could drive from Sydney to Perth in a reeeeally cheap car, that would make a better challenge. http://news.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id...767&rss=yes
  6. If you do decide to import an NTSC console and use it to watch blu-rays here's a pretty good site that will list whether the discs are region free or not: http://bluray.liesinc.net/
  7. So I wonder how long it will be before MGS4 comes out on 360? I'm still looking forward to God of War 3 on the PS3, even though all they had showing of it at E3 this year was a CGI trailer.
  8. I picked it up yesterday, I'm new to the series and was wondering what the hell was going on after playing it for 5 minutes but I've settled into it pretty quickly. Just getting used to everyone's attacks and weapon usage. I don't mind the SSE so far, sure the 'story' is just window dressing but it's an OK diversion so far.
  9. Apparently there's still a way to play imported games if your firmware is 3.3, info was posted here: http://www.cubed3.com/news/10309 "Fear not! Region Free gaming is still possible with 3.3! For those of you who don't know what the Twilight Hack is or how to use it... Twilight Hack As long as you use the Twilight Hack to install the Homebrew Channel (here) BEFORE updating to 3.3, you will still be able to run homebrew when you update. There is a homebrew application available called Gecko Region Free which functions just as the Freeloader and allows you to play import games!!! However! the current version (1.5) of Gecko Region Free doesn't support Brawl... but the next version will and its coming out very soon. Version 1.4 does support Brawl, but it doesn't work on the Homebrew Channel... so yea... useless." Might be something to keep an eye on. I've heard of the Homebrew Channel but have never used it. Anyone here have?
  10. I reckon it looks awesome, but would love to see it on a track.
  11. Hey I know it's been like ages since I said I would do this, but I finally painted my Nissan logos white. I did an OK job, just used a fine paint brush and some cheapo white spray paint that I got from Super Cheap. I've had them painted for about 4 months now and they haven't chipped or faded yet. Sorry for the crappy pic (again).
  12. +1 for Wagamamas, love the sweet potato crisps. I've never had a bad experience there, but yeah bringing out the meals seperately can annoy you if someone gets their food before you and you're super hungry. I'm also a fan of the Hog's Breath Cafe in Joondalup which seems like ages away from me but it's worth it. There's one in Northbridge I think but have never tried it.
