My wife had a 2003 Daihatsu Charade in metallic pink, owned the car for 3 years and loved it. Very cheap to run and great around the city, we tested it out on the highway a few times and it was fine once it got up to speed. Inside it was pretty basic however, but there was a decent amount of room for passengers in the back and the boot could hold more than a set of golf clubs. I always felt worried that a good strong breeze could have blown it over though, the tires were small and very thin.

Yeah I've got the same problem, same car. Started happening last summer as well and only noticed it again last weekend when the weather got freakishly hot in Perth! I've spoken to a mate of mine who's a mechanic, he reckons that some of the bushes might just need a bit of lubrication or replacing. What ever my cause is, it's definitely not the wheel nuts.

I really love this game but on my first play through I got bogged down searching for all the collectibles (my own fault). There would be this big action set piece, my squad mates would run off into battle guns blazing and I'd be searching around looking for bits of paper. Then by the time I caught up with my team, the battle was usually over! I've played it through a second time on insane however and finished it, with all the stupid collectibles.

I thought it was better than the first episode. I didn't mind the Ford GT review but it didn't have much to it, just the host driving around and acting like a cock. That Smart car 'challenge' was rubbish! So I wonder how long it will be before MGS4 comes out on 360? I'm still looking forward to God of War 3 on the PS3, even though all they had showing of it at E3 this year was a CGI trailer.

I picked it up yesterday, I'm new to the series and was wondering what the hell was going on after playing it for 5 minutes but I've settled into it pretty quickly. Just getting used to everyone's attacks and weapon usage. I don't mind the SSE so far, sure the 'story' is just window dressing but it's an OK diversion so far.

Hey I know it's been like ages since I said I would do this, but I finally painted my Nissan logos white. I did an OK job, just used a fine paint brush and some cheapo white spray paint that I got from Super Cheap. I've had them painted for about 4 months now and they haven't chipped or faded yet. Sorry for the crappy pic (again).

+1 for Wagamamas, love the sweet potato crisps. I've never had a bad experience there, but yeah bringing out the meals seperately can annoy you if someone gets their food before you and you're super hungry. I'm also a fan of the Hog's Breath Cafe in Joondalup which seems like ages away from me but it's worth it. There's one in Northbridge I think but have never tried it.

I was a big fan of PGR2 and have played a little bit of PGR3, I think it's pretty good but is a little bit easier; finishing arcade mode in PGR2 with all gold medals was insanely hard! You can pick PGR3 up very cheaply now if you look around, it also comes packaged with the official 360 steering wheel (which is awesome). But there's no 4 player offline splitscreen!

I think I had Super Mario World somewhere, I have both ZSNES and Snes9x emulators. Never got a working copy of Stunt Race FX, but I did get Star Fox to work.

In racing games I hate it when you've been leading the race uncontested all the way till the last lap when suddenly an opponent will fly past you accross the finish line (like say using a turbo boost). Random encounters piss me off to no end these days also; I don't have the patience for them anymore!

+1 for Gears of War, it has offline 2 player splitscreen co-op in campain mode and is still awesome. GRAW 1 & 2 are also both pretty good, they both have lots of multiplayer options and support offline 4 player splitscreen. I'd say that I liked GRAW 2 more than 1 in regards to multiplayer, because it has more maps. GRAW 1 had a few good ones, but some were really small and over pretty quickly. GRAW 2 looks better too. Rainbow Six: Vegas has a good co-op mode as well for 2 people (can be offline) and is pretty good.

+1 for nice looking front end. Rear end looks OK I suppose, wouldn't stop me from buying one.
