I did a bit of reading on the pads. Thy say the business. I thought I might of had them last time old my 2010 GTR but I am not sure now. I know they were yellow but that could be another brand also? What is the cost for a set of pads for a 14 GTR?

Hi GTRPSI, just a quick question. You mentioned in your last post you had a customer install AP Racing J Hooks and Yellow pads. Do you work for a workshop in Melbourne. ? I used to have this set up on my 2010 GTR and they were awesome. Can you get this kit for the 2014 GTR or know of the best place to get them? Cheers

Hey guys, I am new to Melbourne after moving down from Sydney a while back and do not know any other R35 GTR owners in Melbourne. I am keen to get out there both on the track and drag strip. How often do the drags run at Calder? Their event calendar on their website doesn't show any upcoming street meets. What about track days? Phillip Island?, Sandown? When, who and how do you organise these? Do any of you Melbourne guys ever meet up for events or even a strop out of Melbs? Cheers

Hey guys, yes this is normal behaviour if you are not working the brakes. Drive the car how it should be driven and there will be no noises..! remember not to leave your car sitting around after you wash the wheels, drive it and get those brakes working. The high iron content in the pads will cause the discs to rust and bind to the pads. Not that this has happened to me but it is common and I have heard of it happening to some owners.
