  1. did you figure it out i have the same issue
  2. hi, interested in cluster, assuming it has 80000km? thanks
  3. Hi All. Im selling my nismo fuel pump which is a direct drop in unit. it is in perfect working order. selling due to going a larger setup. asking $250 location Mackay, QLD. I will only get shipping quotes for serious buyers. will be shipped through toll priority so tracking is available
  4. selling my gcg exhaust housing off a gt3076 .63 size Internal wastegate done under 5000km cemeric coated changed due to going .82 noting wrong with it, coating is still good $300 ono located: Mackay Queensland
  5. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE.!!!!!!!!!!!!! So as i think i mention the travel of the flapper was stuff all yes. I manage to get a 10mm dump spacer. Which i had to port anyway because it had way to much meat on it, So I ported until it match perfect with gaskets and housing. Slapped it together and i can now flog 3rd and 4th and the boost not only does not move, it drops off at the top (only a little). So the flapper was fouling on the dump, spaced it out so it doesnt hit and works like a charm. I must also add there is no divider in the spacer so gases can kinda swap and choose its outlet path (thought it would be a issue) but works fine, Thanks for the dump pipe hit As for going external wastegate. Yes Highly recommend, but it is a bit tight on a low mount setup (yes i know its been done before). If you can do the whole high mount, FFP ect. ect. go for it as many manifolds are made for high mount to suit external gate. All about budget a commitment
  6. I spoke to gcg and he said it might be a case where my engine flows a bit healthy at which the IW isnt large enough to control boost. Becuase he said most application the flap only opens about 30-40deg. Which i think sure maybe for 12psi with standard exhaust lift. But not tomei type b cams and 18psi i think not.I checked what 30-40deg looks like and the flapper is still directly in front of the flow direction which would cause some turbulence. So does anyone know if a open bell for a 6 bolt rear is available???? anywhere??
  7. Would you know, i tried that a sure shit it hits, the flapper travels like 35deg before hitting, FOUND THE PROBLEM :). even though i bought a whole new housing at least it what be as restrictive
  8. so are you guys saying that the flapper fouls out onto the dump pipe?? I also notice that i have a split dump, yet i don't have a split dump gasket fitted AND the housing has a gap about 4mm deep in the middle which would allow gases between the wastegate and turbine thus DEFEATING THE FREAKING PURPOSE of a split dump being used. which i believe will cause a pressure yes???? also, disconnected my ECB (12psi spring) found it would hold 1.05 bar in second, then creep to 1.25bar in 3rd. so its not as bad but still creeps no questions about that. So my ebc isn't the issue. i believe its better as the ebc ramps boost up higher before allowing the gate to open.
  9. Does make sense though seems unlikely, What's your thoughts on the gt3076 was originally for external gate only, but they sell IW for more bolt on options but no one is aware of the boost creep issue, made to fail? something someone just told me?
  10. do educate me on the issue with the split dump? thanks zebra
