Old thread, just in case it could help someone else I had a similar issue and the solution was to check the interior fuse box near the steering wheel. Check each fuse with a multimeter for the resistance /continuity, for me as 12V constant at the radio was not working due to "ELECTRICS" 10A fuse being blown which is the 6th one from the top on the left. I traced the wiring diagram and the Red/White wire (+12V Battery constant) goes to this fuse. Cheers
