  1. yeah that makes sense, so i pretty much need to get custom ones
  2. so i got a big brake kit and it needs a banjo bolt end for the braided lines, iv been looking online and none of them are clear on if they have a banjo bolt fitting or the original line fittings at the end
  3. so i thought it might of been for a oil cooler but it seems to be a bit to far to be a sandwich plate
  4. just wondering if anyone knows what these blue AN type fittings are in my engine bay. they are next to the oil filter
  5. yeah so iv have pressed the switch under the door latch and nothing happens but the passenger side one is working fine. i think this door has been taken off before is there a plug somewhere that they might have forgot to plug in?
  6. So my dome light is not turning on when i open my driver side door, but it does turn on when i open my passenger side door
  7. yeah sorry this is a first time thing for me im learning as i go if there are better and easier ways id love to know
  8. so the old gauges are coming out but im assuming the wiring will still be there to the oil temp sensor and the boost sender. i was wondering if there is a way just to tap the new gauge wiring into the old ones. if that makes sense
  9. so i got a AEM boost and oil temp gauge, can i use the old stock gauge wiring to wire in my new gauges

  11. yeah so it has x100 next to it i thought that would already be clarified sorry, but it is sitting between the 0 and +7. isnt that just stock boost
  12. so i have read that if the boost restrictor is taken out it should boost up to 1 bar but mine seems to sit between 0 and 7 mmHg, car is all factory minus exhaust

  15. how do i check if my VVT is working its a rb25de neo and i accidentally swapped vacuum hoses around and now the car feels different
  16. so i can visually see it working with the actuator, it ticks and flicks on and off. can someone explain how it all works. does it activate then deactivate when you get into the higher rpm? because i have the low down power but not the high end power anymore
  17. So i did a spark plug change so i had to take my top intake off, so i accidentally swapped 2 vacuum hoses around and i noticed because the car had no power, now i changed them back and now the car feels like it has no top end power anymore. I mixed up hose 10 and hose 3 in the picture
  18. Update: everything is fixed it was the connectors on the coil packs that were f**king up. Thank you for everyone's help
  19. so the coolant is only getting into the chamber when i take apart the hoses so its just leaking in there. i am pretty sure i have found the issue i decided to unplug all the coilpacks and one of the plug connectors wires wernt in the connector all the way so i took it out and it fell apart in my hands
  20. Update: so now car is misfiring on startup and engine light comes on right away, but after i go to second gear the misfire stops and wont come back. car drives completely fine but has the engine light on and then when i restart my car later in the day this happens again but i drive it and the misfire stops
  21. Update: found out that I had some coolant leaking in from a hose so now I drove the car and it never ended up misfiring, but the check engine light still came on but this time it was not misfiring
  22. So there is no coolant on the spark plugs, just where the coil is sitting I highly doubt I cracked the head when tightening the plugs hahah
