  1. Thanks again forum warriors. Actually I had a helpful member of this "club" inbox me with a reply to my original question.

  4. Like the topic says. Wanna get my rocket covers done. They are powder coated light grey at the moment. But want to get them done again!
  5. Hey just wondering if anyone knows where the reverse light wiring runs? from the gearbox to the lights them selves. iv lost my reverse lights when its in the reverse gear. we had the gearbox out not long ago to swap the clutch(i had the issue before we did this) and while it was it was out we tested the voltage on the plug that connected to the reverse light switch and also the neutral switch , in which there was a big voltage difference and a big drop on the reverse light switch, i also noticed that both the reverse lights had blown. im guessing the wiring goes from the gearbox to the interior fuse box to the reverse lights... but does anyone know the exact path it takes?? i believe there must be a wiring shortage or earthing out somewhere and need now to hunt it down now!! cheers!
  6. If it won't affect it. What's the best way to plumb up the line. I was thinking of using some form of metal cap and clamping it into a rubber hose. Or trying to find something that'll cover up the pipe and fasten it on
  7. I have a question on this topic! Currently I have the front bar off to do a little work on the car. And clean a few things up. Iv pulled the y - pipe off that goes to the recirculator pipe. Seeings as my car isn't running afm's due to the after market ecu. It it going to affect the car in any negative ways if I plumb up the return pipe. And have the 2 bov's venting to atmosphere??? Or is it best just to leave it?? It'll all be coming out/off in the next 6 months with a complete set up change.
  8. Hey mate. Do you have the exhaust pipe clamp. Its the bracket that bolts to the gearbox and the cat with a small rubber insulator!? What's the condition of the trans crossmember??
  9. I'm having the exact same issue with a ts2b clutch. The carrier recommended was a 20mm. We didn't put the box back on cause it was starting to compress the diaphragm springs. Luckily I have 2 shorter carriers we're going to try out. A 15mm and the one I got with the clutch which was machined down to 8mm!
  10. Having the same issue with my car atm. But currently the box is out for a clutch change! Ill try screwing the 2 switches back in when I get back to it this weekend. When you pay bridge it, you mean bridge the 2 switches?? Where can I get new reverse and neutral switches from?? I haven't been able to find any!!!!
  11. Iv got the same problem with my 32 gtr atm. it isnt missing the wiring it just got no reverse lights. we have the box out atm as we are replacing the clutch and i was going to try and rectify the issue. i , if i remember, can have a look under thae car when we get back to it this weekend and suss out the colour of the wiring etc if ya want. i havent really looked at them at this point. do you know if they are just screw in plugs or anything??
  12. thanks mate! cheers for the help! that's the one i originally got with the clutch but i made some calls to the australian "os giken" distributors JUST to be sure, who told me to get a 20mm carrier! i have the bearing(isnt in the picture) i took the clutch to the clutch shop to get looked over and made sure it was still in good order and to get the correct bearing for it.
  13. I do have a part number for the nissan carrier that os giken listed to use with the clutch, but i cant find any info at all or pictures of it 30501-K0401
