whats a good turbo upgrade to get? currently have 206rwkw on stock turbo at 12psi.. looking for around 250-275rwkw but want to use same manifold etc. onyl want a turbo replacement (have fuel pump etc ready) whats a good turbo something that wont come on to late or lag too much

my mate slammed it into 4th on our way home... and anyway the gearstick got stuck in 4th so we pulled over pulld off dash gave it a wiggle n it came loose i can still drive around in 4th can still get it into 4th... i have a c's style short shifter... is it just the short shifter playing up or is my 4th gear f**ked or something?/ r33 s2 thanks
