Looking at buying new coil packs Do I need to buy a new wiring loom with it Or is the old genuine one good enough ?

Car is losing s tone of power If im in just cruising no problem But when I put the foot down it flutters and I seem to lose power I had this problem in another car and it was the cat that was the problem I took took the cat off and it seemed fine No breaks Could it be internally in the cat or something else stuck in the exhaust Or what else could it be

what do u guys suggest for spark plugs and coil packs Spark plugs NGK iridium or the standard ones coil packs open to suggestions

New here recently bought a r33 series 1 turbo wanting a boost controller sure theres heaps of posts about this but i got about a $400 budget wat do u guys suggest thanks
